This may already be a thread, if it is, please merge.
Which operator of the London/UK theatres do you all think is best, in terms of house maintenance, staff, cleanliness etc.
Ambassador Theatre Group (theatres include Apollo Victoria, Bristol Hippodrome, Edinburgh Playhouse, Fortune, Glasgow King's & Theatre Royal, Harold Pinter, Lyceum, Manchester Palace & Opera)
Delfont Mackintosh Theatres (Gielgud, Noel Coward, Novello, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Queen's, Sondheim, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's)
Really Useful Theatres (Adelphi, Cambridge, Gillian Lynne (FKA New London), Her Majesty's, London Palladium, The Other Palace and Drury Lane)
Nimax Theatres (Apollo, Duchess, Garrick, Lyric, Palace and Vaudeville)
Nederlander (Adelphi, Aldwych and Dominion)

I like Nederlander, their website is easier to traverse than the others, and the Aldwych and Dominion are beautifully maintained theatres.

Delfont Mackintosh are the best all round, I still remember years ago when I booked for Jersey Boys that a computer error meant I'd booked for 12 tickets rather than 3 and they e-mailed me immediately to rectify the issue. Their theatres are always in good nick as well.

Has to be Nimax for me solely because I love both the Garrick and the Vaudeville

Delfont for me. The theatres tend to be well maintained and every ticket issue I've had was sorted quickly and without any hassle. Lovely box office staff too. The website is easy to navigate. And while the single seat rule when booking online annoys me that's not exclusive to Delfont.

ATG are hard to rival on price, and I find the booking system extremely pain free. Having said that, I always do an internal happy dance when I know I’m visiting a DM theatre as I know that the brand is always associated with quality.

ATG are hard to rival on price. For tickets, yes, but definitely not in the bars! £7.50 for a glass of wine and £2.70 for a 500ml water! - bottle of Pepsi nearly £4!
