I agree! I think she has quite the right to be bitter about the subject! After all, she lost her job - and it wouldn't surprise me if the cast had found out through social media like those involved in Bring It On instead of face to face - and hasn't been paid for the work she has done! I'd be pretty angry too.
Plus, she probably feels that she, alongside the rest of the cast, have been so let down that there's no point in complaining to those involved because "those involved" is the producer who I bet nobody can get a hold of. Besides, Twitter is often used to vent and make feelings/idea/opinions heard.

She does indeed have the right to be bitter. I just don't think she adds anything by going on about it on social media. The press have publicised what happened, no doubt they have spoken to cast and crew and are releasing the information as and when it comes up. She isn't telling us anything we don't already know, but what she IS doing is looking like the type who can't resist 'having a go'. If I were a prospective employer that's the sort of person I'd be avoiding.

Casting directors are probably putting a big red line through her name and writing "loose cannon" in capital letter as we speak

Quite right! These collapses bring the business into disrepute. Closing a show is one thing, but leaving debts is quite another.
Burlybear it does nobody any favours to sweep it under the carpet and forget. There are a host of people who lose money every time this type of thing happens- and you can bet the producers have insulated themselves from financial harm. So let the whole internet know and let people live by their track-record. Perhaps then, in future, we will get fewer people gambling with others' well-being.
Ms McQueen is quite entitled to remind us of her dissatisfaction as long as the business remains unresolved.

I wonder if she took the opportunity to purchase her costume?

A week after she was back Standbying at Wicked when the understudies weren't ready. She's gonna be fine.

It's his trademark patronising ' ' that gives it away - he can't fool me!!

The cast member who just criticized Anthony Horowitz's 'Dinner with Sadam'- he might be considered a loose canon. Someone who is publicly critical of not being paid- well, I am a casting director and I'd still cast her!

For those who liked the show, or were curious but didn't wanna pay to see it, a full video fo the production has appeared on YouTube, with Rachael as Alice and Francesca as The Mad Hatter. I won't lie, I still find it alot of fun to watch, both live and on video.

Almost fell for the mistake in the Liverpool Empire ATG Mailout today. Seems they forgot to replace Wonderland in the template and have advertised it as returning June 12-17 next year.

Warning to all, the shady producer is at it again according to Wonderland cast member Benjamin Yates. I can't believe this guy is being allowed to pull off this crap once again.

Isn't said producer co-producing a couple of productions at the moment?

Oh holy sh*t. Doing some googling now and it turns out he's co-produced a number of Hope Mill Theatre productions, including Aspects of Love and the forthcoming Sondheim revue 'Putting it Together'.

Indeed...I was pretty shocked too that he was working with Hope Mill or rather Hope Mill agreed to work with him.

He has no place to be "insisting" on anything.

Wondering if his name is on it because Hope Mill are tapping his list of angels, and he is insisting on the credit due to that? "Producer" is a very broad term indeed, these days. Could potentially explain the bagging of the Hair tour, which is very similar to that of the BIO run. I'm wondering if that's a silent co-pro.
