On average I would say 4-5 shows per week. I believe she has only completed two full eight show weeks since joining. Another great time for Wicked UK to consider an official alternate system for Elphaba! Lucie was guessed by Jonathan Ross as a potential celebrity dressed as Odd Socks on The Masked Dancer tonight…maybe THAT’S why she’s missed so many shows at Wicked?! 😅 HA! I said that! She tweeted “am I the masked dancer?” And I felt like saying “would explain why you’ve missed so many shows” but I’m not a see u next Tuesday HAHA! Na my honest opinion of what she’s off alot is a mix of things, long covid one of them, after effects from the vaccine (extreme fatigue being the main one) and that chest infection she had which gave her asthma… She’s off again today lol

I was only half watching the Masked Dancer, but a clue for one of the other contestants was "Swankified" - a Wicked clue if ever there was one!

Does anyone know if the theatre still offers day seats in-person once the online front row/ Daily Dozen has sold out?

Wicked_Worldwide on Instagram (a large community fan page, followed by many current and former Wicked cast members) has posted that there are rumours that a third Wicked UK & Ireland Tour will be occurring over the 2023/2024 touring season.
This is incredibly exciting if true! Has anyone heard similar rumours floating about as of late? This post is the first I have seen it mentioned!

I'm surprised Wicked can sustain a third UK tour but I guess enough time has passed.

Am I looking at the wrong wicked_worldwide account because I don’t see anything on this one, with this being their latest post? http://instagr.am/p/Cjno-pYrxY_ That is indeed the correct account. They original had a post only on their story (now gone after 24 hours) which mentioned a rumour of a Wicked UK & Ireland Tour for the 2023/2024 season. Since then I private messaged the account and they confirmed that the tour is confirmed. Obviously as they are not an official account, it must be taken with a pinch of salt. However, they've been incredibly consistent over the years so I am inclined to believe them!

Wicked UK are notorious for "recycling" Elphabas. Does anyone have any Elphabas they would like to see return to Wicked for the tour? It doesn't matter if they're unlikely, just a fun idea to get discussions flowing.
Some personal favourites I have in mind are Amy Ross, Nikki Bentley, Jodie Steele, Hayley Gallivan, Jemma Alexander and Rebecca Gilliland!

I’d like to see Nikki Bentley or if they don’t recycle, Ailsa Davidson will make a good Elphaba eventually.

Nikki Bentley deserves to have another West End run I think, finish what she started. Aimée Fisher could be a good choice to return for standby Elphaba, she did a great job covering Jenna on the Waitress tour. I also wonder if Natalie McQueen would like to return to the role of Elphaba as principal, she’s become quite a name amongst West End circles since leaving the show.

I’d love to see Nikki Bentley come back and get some closure on the role.
Natalie McQueen is a good suggestion! She’s definitely one I’d be keen to see.

From previous Elphabas, I'd love to see Nikki Bentley make a return.
If they cast someone new, there's a whole list of people that I think would be incredible: - Elena Skye - Amy Di Bartolomeo - Ailsa Davidson - Hiba Elchikhe - Danielle Steers ?
