Yes or at least on catch up, was originally scheduled around 7ish then got moved to a much less watchable time, pity. I saw and loved this live so hope it translates Well.

It clashes with "The Handmaid's Tale," so, not unless it's on at another time, as I can't record both. I’ve heard good things about the Handmaids Tale. Now that we’re going to be swamped with the World Cup, I might see if I can catch it on the channel 4 app. It will give me something to watch other than the football. As an aside, I think it’s great that more theatre stuff is being recorded to put on mainstream tv as well as the NT Live events. Hopefully by doing this, it might get more people going to live theatre in the future who might not normally go.

Having watched the recent version at the Bridge, it will be interesting to see this take on the play. I’ve heard good reviews of the production. As you say, hopefully it will translate well for TV.

get_iplayer is your friend when it comes to getting things you can't record at the time... This has been a life saver at times when I’ve missed stuff or it’s not recorded!

The other two in the trilogy will also be available on iPlayer but not shown on TV - all three will be available for 6 months.

Do you not have a smart TV, Monkey? Very handy for watching stuff from the iPlayer but on the TV.

Currently 2 episodes in on handmaid's as have to be in a robust mood to watch it so 4od is my friend here though if this week is anything to go by may be asleep Sunday eve and have to watch it all on catch up. There's a microsite for Jc with lots of extra vids if anyone wants to see more.
