Do day seats crop up for Other Palace shows even if sold out, or is it returns only?
*asking for a spoilt teenager with a slapped arse face, whose sister didn’t get them a ticket.

I was just having a look on their website to see if I could find a day seats policy. I got distracted on the About Us page - Paul Taylor Mills' doesn't seem to beksted as the Artistic Director. Probably an error on the website or have I missed a huge news story?? www.theotherpalace.co.uk/about-us/team

From what I hear he was ousted a few weeks ago... surprised there has been no announcement made. Perhaps one is forthcoming.

Assuming the original post was regarding Heathers, I just thought I’d post to say that they’ve announced a weekly ticket lottery (open until Monday morning for performances from 9th-17th) and they’ve put the returns policy on the show page on the website

My understanding was Paul was unhappy about being artistic director of a theatre that the owner wanted to host very little new work, Lloyd Webber wanting it to be mainly a place where he could workshop his own pre-existing shows, and thus not being able to become the home of new British musical theatre as was "the plan".

Oh what a shame. He was always such a snappy dresser.

I believe that Paul just wanted to produce Heathers and be gone. It always was odd that they set the whole Other Palace up wanting to nurture and produce new British musicals then staged Big Fish and Heathers!!! Lol
