There's always Marilyn in Bombshell if they'd pull their ruddy fingers out and get that musical ready to go! 🤞🤞🤞

She'd be great in Blood Brothers too but would she want to be on tour with that. Doing concerts means she gets to sing all the best songs and it keeps her ticking over without the worry of how well a show is going.
She'd be too old to do Glinda but could go green again I guess.

I liked her Elphaba but it was jarring after seeing her as Glinda and hearing her sing Elphaba’s songs, I think she also struggled with the score a bit. I’ve always thought I’d really like to see her as Miss Honey in Matilda.

Louise would be a good Miss Honey voicewise but in my mind, Miss Honey is very meek and timid and Louise always comes across as bubbly and outgoing. Also wouldn't she be too curvy to be Miss Honey.
She'd be a good fit in Mamma Mia as Donna or even one of her sidekicks.

Big fan of Louise's work, and love the new album...but I really dislike the arrangement of Beautiful. I'm not entirely sure why, I can't quite put my finger on it but it seriously grates. Anyway the rest of it is fantastic, and I can't wait for the gig in a few weeks Love her latest album (bit late to it sorry) particularly the version of She Used To Be Mine. Superb. She was Josh Groban's guest on his last 2 UK tours.

A pleasure as always to hear Louise at the Royal Festival Hall tonight, in License To Thrill singing all things Bond. There's nothing I can say about this woman that hasn't been said a hundred times before - she was absolutely sublime tonight and sang like a dream, covering every female Bond song (yep, even the Madonna one). Tim Howar was on as well, doing all the male songs. He was new to me but he was also brilliant.
Looks like the concert is doing a few dates between now and the end of the years (DeMontfort Hall in Leicester is definitely one of them), it's definitely worth a watch if it comes near you.

BBC Concert Orchestra with West End Stars Louise Dearman and Graham Bickley www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows/bbcco-great-outdoors-13march24# (link to apply for free tickets) Showstoppers, Oscar winners and West End hits – as the BBC Concert Orchestra and an all-star line-up salutes the wonders of nature in the stunning surroundings of Alexandra Palace. Live from Alexandra Palace – the spectacular venue on the roof of London, where dreams have been made for over a century – the BBC Concert Orchestra joins two sensational West End singers for a night of melodies that were born to soar free. From The Big Country to Jurassic Park, whether we’re flying you to the moon or whirling you Over the Rainbow, tonight it’s all about boundless horizons and impossible wishes: the wonders of nature, the power of the imagination and – above all – about great, great tunes. Expect classic film scores, light music classics and some of the best-loved songs of all time. And expect them sung with style and delivered with a swing by Louise Dearman (Wicked, Evita, Guys and Dolls), Graham Bickley (Les Misérables, Sunset Boulevard, Bread) and the full BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Richard Balcombe.

I would so love for Louise to be back on tour/west end in a show. She’s phenomenal in everything I’ve seen her.

Louise has tended to do more of the West End/Broadway concerts with various orchestras in recent years. She was on one I saw only last month at Symphony Hall and sounded as good as ever. I guess with being a mum these fit in nicely plus she gets to sing with top orchestras and also perform the very best songs.
But I agree it would be lovely to see her back on stage and there are still good musical roles for her to tackle now she is in her mid 40's and probably not the sort of roles she played previously so much. I think it has been over 6 years since she did a long running stage role and that is far too long for a performer as good as her.

Saw her in a Sondheim concert with Bradley Jaden, Jeremy Secomb and Holly-Anne Hull this weekend. Fantastic as usual. Would love to see her take on a Sondheim leading lady now.

I saw that concert on it's Wexford outing on Friday. I agree she would be great as a Sondheim leading lady. I loved her Send in the Clowns.

I was just sorry I didn't figure out a way to make it to Dublin or Limerick as well. The Andrew Lloyd Webber concert she did with Killian Donnelly last year ended up on Lyric FM a couple of months later. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the same happens for this one.
