Fantastic news! This subscription is looking a good investment if they keep going like this!

Hmm. I've just tried applying my membership to a ticket but the website won't change the price.
Will have to contact the playhouse. Should hopefully be a glitch

Should hopefully be a glitch Hopefully this will help you you have to go through the whole booking process, which includes selecting a seat at full price, the towards the end of the booking process you can apply member discounts. Urge every one that loves theatre to sign up easily pays itself off. Really looking forward to this they just need to get two actresses that look similar, think casting agents will be busy.

Okay I've just been reminded that membership can no longer be used online (so why is the option to do so still available on the 'Discounts' part of the booking process?)
Also you can't use your membership over the phone until later this afternoon. About 3.30pm

Yeah the rules are bonkers, I just tried to book side show unsuccessfully online, it wouldn't allow me to apply my discount. But did a dummy booking on Luce and it was happy to take it.
Where I said earlier "I was looking forward to this one", I am now split down the middle.

Sorry for starting a thread without having seen this one!
I've seen both incarnations of Side Show and loved the latter so much. (Enjoyed the first as well.) Have fun, everyone!

Just booked for the Monday preview. I love their preview prices, a real bargain. And I see reserved seats............... I wonder if it was after everyone had a good old moan on here recently. Have heard of the musical but know nothing about it. Just know that if forum members say its good then I will probably also enjoy it.

I do hope that they base it on the new revisions of the better reviewed revival than the original though.

I do hope that they base it on the new revisions of the better reviewed revival than the original though. I'm rather indifferent. I don't think the new version made it better or worse...The beautiful score is still more or less intact in the new version, so I am happy to see it in whatever incarnation. When will the casting fantasies begin?

Sounds great
My casting suggestion would be a couple of conjoined Strallens.

Oddly I can't book reserved seats for the first matinee but can for every other performance I click on :/

Having just called SP they noticed the issue and are fixing it for me (apparently). I don't know what this will cause for anyone who booked for the Saturday 22nd October matinee.

Sounds great My casting suggestion would be a couple of conjoined Strallens. Would that be a Stralli? That's a good suggestion. As there are so many of them they can chop and change each night to share the load. Strangely I've always enjoyed a Strallen in a production but I can't actually say that I'd be able to pick each of them out of a lineup . . .
