It's No Secret that smiley Kylie has been working on a Jukebox musical based around her biggest hits.
All the Lovers of camp will be able to Breathe a sigh of relief that Ms Minogue has trademarked the name Lucky - The Musical as revealed during the latest campaign against some US reality nobody who is trying to trademark the name 'Kylie'.
I'm sure she's hoping to Wow fans by sending Box Office doors Spinning Around with sales once this is announced, but it seems to be a long time coming. Will we ever be invited by Kylie to Come Into My World?

I'm just not sure on the title, I mean... Lucky?
I was kind of hoping for Confide in Me or Finer Feelings - The Musical.

Possibly Cowboy Style? Lol!
You know its so weird for me as an Australian seeing her in Neighbours, then first performing and watching her career just soar and soar since she came to the UK.

Lucky?? It's a good job she trademarked it before Britney had the same idea, I suppose. She should stop wasting time with this and maybe work on an album with the scissor sisters, her only worth while collaborators.

I hope it's not her story, but I know some people like that.

I seem to recall hearing her say in an interview once that it wouldn't be her story, but rather her songs shoe horned into a new one...

At least her name sounds familiar to me - but I couldn't even give you the name of one of her songs, let alone hum one.
I have a feeling this might be Viva Forever 2.0

She has been working on this on and off since 2007, and has very occasionally mentioned it in interviews.
She had been developing it with her close musical collaborator of the past 20 years, Steve Anderson.
Probably William Baker too, though I think he's best steered clear of after his disaster with Rent:Remixed.
(trouble is she is good friends with him)
She obviously wants a piece of the jukebox musical pie, but I would imagine it's harder to make a cohesive piece of work like Mamma Mia or We Will Rock You when her hits have been written by a plethora of writers (including herself of course)

I think I detect a certain fondness for pillows. In satin polyester no less. Imagine the static cling on that!

Anyone have any update on this?
I seem to recall (somewhere) that she was collaborating with Jake Shears of Scissor Sister fame.

I am a Kylie fan. Have seen her in concert a few times, own the Greatest Hits, own THAT episode of Neighbours on DVD, but really can't see this being great.
