Theatreboard celebration party for this closure? Would say wait till Thriller goes to but that may been many years, sadly.

Always sad for a cast and crew when a long runner shuts up shop, but Stomp has had a more than decent 15 year run, and closure is, in my view, good for the ecology of the West End. Here's hoping the Sondheim gets the green light asap and that we get some brilliant stuff in!

The Arts Theatre and the Charing Cross Theatre would take Stomp in a shot.
Maybe Cameroon Mackintosh's theatre is going to become a reality, good news this is going to become free, so this theatre with the new Bridge Theatre and the replacement for the Astoria, there is a good start 2 theatre, plus 1 refurbishment. What else do you want?

I think the Arts and Charing Cross are better kept as venues that do short runs personally.

Perhaps it will reappear in the Marble Arch tent at some point.
