I could easily book a ticket in the second row for £37.50, which is usually a decent seat at the Other Palace. I have never seen Heathers and I have no idea who Carrie Hope Fletcher is (I'm too old to follow all that social media circus closely and I'm not aware of her as a musical performer), so I'm kinda open. Ironically I had already booked a ticket for another show the same night which has since extended, so I'm now double-booked. If this is awful, I'm sure I could sell the ticket on and go back to Plan A. Carrie has appeared in Addams Family, Chitty & Les Mis. I am impartial when it comes to her, I dont know enough about her to comment on her vocal ability but I have seen her in Les Mis & Addams Family and she was good. The thing that would worry me about her casting is the audience she will attract, most of them have no theatre etiquette what so ever and that was frustrating when I saw the Addams Family. Heathers is a really good show though so I am sure you will enjoy it. |

So much for 'demand', yes all of the sub £50 tickets are gone, but except for the odd Sunday all performances are showing as 'available' and none are sold out. I'll take chances on getting U21 dayseats when I'm in London instead of stressing.
Compare this to the workshop last year which was sold out by now.

I'll definitely check out the movie. I haven't seen Les Mis in ages and have zero interest in either Chitty or Addams Family, so that would explain why I'm not aware of her. As for "the audience she will attract", isn't that a frequent moan whenever some TV beau or c-list celebrity is being cast in something? I doubt any English audience could ever be half as obnoxious as the hyper German/Austrian fans with their whooping and hollering, so hopefully it will be okay  |

Having read about the hideously uncomfortable seating on himself’s website 🐵 🍌 I’m giving it a miss even though I’m down in June and had a gap. Not to mention that “she” is in it and the audience will be 😝😝😝

The audience at the Cadogan concert was barely any different to any other theatre audience, they certainly weren't screaming or going wild. Unless I was just lucky? I've just booked for a July matinee. £45 I can accept |

Argh, I just paid £50 for my ticket in June. Seriously what is wrong with me?
Heathers is one of my all time favourite films, but I wasn’t even that impressed when I skimmed through the ‘bootleg’ version of the musical on YouTube. Still, curiosity got the better of me.

I booked a couple of 2nd rows for £37.50 for the last performance, if the reviews on here slate it I'll bung 'em at my kid. £65/£75 for the other palace seems outrageous.

I tried and failed at booking tickets on my break at 10am this morning but I've just sat down with a cuppa and scrolled through every evening performance and managed to grab a £25 seat! So pleased. Given the fact the website crashed and wouldn't load this morning I was expecting more seats to have sold, granted near enough all the cheap(er) seats have but there's a lot of availability still

Carrie's fans seem to be the new Kerry Ellis fans.
(Unfairly) seen as a bit of a laughing stock in the theatre world and all judged as being hysterical screaming banshees when it is a very tiny minority who act that way.

I'd say that @theatremonkey is the authority here... but generally the stage is not very high at the theatre, so you're fairly up close without risking neck cramp. I'd have to look at my theatre tickets (which live elsewhere) but I know I sat around Row B for Rent, The Wild Party and Big Fish and it was always pretty decent. There was also a seat in Row A still available for the performance I looked at, but I thought at eight pounds more I rather did a little bit back. |

Brilliant; 3 hours of questionable belting with as many cubic centimetres of legroom, and levels of back pain even my late mother-in-laws left over tablets won’t touch. Would I be allowed to take gas & air in with me?

If one's hunny farm has been productive, go for G23 (still available at most performances) at £52.50. That's what I did. Only drawbacks are a) the actual price and b) you usually have to arrive early and not leave at the interval, as the seat tends to attract squatters... £65 at the weekend which is when I’m there. And although it’s available it would leave a single, and that “trick” to bypass that doesn’t work on their website. Nah chuff it. It’s not meant to be. |

I missed out on buying those cheap seats in Row B because I just didn’t know which dates I’ll be free at such short notice (probably like many of you). F you to whoever was behind the decision to announce the show less than 12 hours before opening booking! I do not want to pay those crazy prices for an Off-West End venue on principal but I REALLY wanted to see this show. All I can say is urgh 😒

I mean basically this is going to come down to if a cheap ticket drops in my lap I guess. Or if like @baemax I decide to sacrifice a theatre token for it.

Yeah the princes seem very high and was tempted by this but if I'm honest the casting of Carrie has put me off a bit. I hope nearer the time some more cheap tickets become available or they may discount the more expensive tickets that aren't sold. It's only a Kenwright production so it is not like it is going to cost a lot to produce.
