Celinde as Heather Macnamara? Oliver Ormson as JD? Who’s gonna Chandler it up? This could be amazing if it’s cast well...

Jodie Steele is in this, I believe. Guess we'll see soon! Jodie Steele is in pretty much everything that Paul Taylor Mills produces so that wouldn’t be a surprise tbh.

He isn't a 'name' like the rest of them but I'm thrilled for Christopher Chung who I know from the days when I was an extra on Waterloo Road, he played one of the pupils in it when it was filming in Scotland. He's one of the nicest guys I've ever met.

I’ve just gone onto the website and got myself a ticket for this, restricted view but it was under £30 so worth a punt I thought! I loved the film as a teenager, haven’t heard the music at all but sometimes I prefer that.

Is Paul Taylor Mills resigning because of lack of success? What’s gone on today?

I'm in London with a friend at end of July for Fun Home so just tried to book tickets for this for the evening. Shocked that they are £65 & £75! Looks like we will be seeing a different show!

We got in early with the cheaper tickets for next week but I’ve just shelled out £65 so my son can come on the same night. I have a feeling that it will be worth every penny.

I’ve read nothing but glowing reviews for the first shows online, too. Here is a photo of the merchandise stand for those (like me) who enjoy planning in advance: http://instagram.com/p/Bjz89Z2nKzA

Last night was incredible. I’ve been to many first previews but this was definitely the most electric atmosphere I’ve been in. I love the show anyway, I saw the workshop last year twice, and they’ve done a really great job putting together the full production. They’ve had to be quite creative with the set and there were a few teething problems that should get ironed out in no time. Some beautiful lighting work going on. Sitting in the front row, the band did overpower vocals at some points so I’m interested to find out if sitting elsewhere improves that. Another note about sitting front row, if you’re on the sides the view will be restricted at a few moments by members of the cast.
I had my reservations about Carrie as Veronica - I think she’s got a lovely voice but wasn’t sure how she’d be on the acting side. I think she needs a little bit more time to settle into it but she did a really good job.
Jamie Muscato was born to play JD. I could write paragraphs but I won’t, I’ll just say that I think everything he does is utterly brilliant.
All three Heathers are incredible with Jodie Steele being a stand out for me. I love the new song for Heather Duke - really fun, some great lyrics and brilliant staging.
Honestly I don’t think there’s a weak link in the cast, they all do a wonderful job.
I’m glad I’ve got a few more visits lined up because last night was just so much fun and I could watch it again already.

I was also at the first preview. What an electric atmosphere! And such a young audience who absolutely loved it!
Agree with sophie92. Cast was really strong and seemed to be having a ball. In particular Jamie, Carrie and Jodie were outstanding and perfectly cast.
I was in row H and found the balance between voices and band ok.
It will obviously tighten up set-wise,and is destined to be a great success (90% sold already)
However it will be interesting to see what the critics say. They mauled the marvellous 'Big Fish,' and wonder if they will react similarly to this.

What are the ticket options for this. Returns and lottery? Or is dayseating always an option because I've decided far too late that I am desperate to see this 😭

Can anyone confirm the two hour run time advertised on the Other Palace website? This would be marvellous news for our drive back west.
