I agree with 4.48 Psychosis. We did a production with that script for out A Level final piece. We did it in the round, dressed as monks. The audience sat on the floor and we had pornography projected on the ceiling, masturbation with a cross, mounting audience members and dropping our robes at the end and dancing around the outer of the audience naked whilst lighting candles around them. We got an A* The great thing about that piece is you can do literslly anytjing with it, it is all based on interpretation of the words as there is no stage directions or right way to direct it! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhhahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhaahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahhaahhahahahhahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahhahahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh We ALL got A* |

Play I wish was kept away from the stage for the next 10 years: 4.48 Psychosis (it's not the play's fault, it's countless student productions and readings by the title alone makes me skin crawl...)

I tried to do this for plays but couldn't so decided to change it to operas instead.
Opera I love: Der Rosenkavalier
Opera I think is underrated: I can't think of any offhand. I'd say most lesser-known operas I've seen are lesser-known for a reason!
Opera I cherish: Arabella
Opera I think is overrated: La Boheme
Opera I hate: The Minotaur (Birtwistle)
Opera I sob through: Der Rosenkavalier
Opera that keeps me laughing: L'Elisir D'Amore
Guilty pleasure Opera: I don't feel guilt about seeing operas, unlike musicals
