Hi everyone, I'm brand new to this board, found you after googling "ATG log in" (seems I'm not alone struggling with that!) Back in June 2020, I was due to take a large group (10 people) to a show in Birmingham, but it was cancelled and I was given credit as a voucher. I've just gone to make a another booking and it says that the gift voucher has expired, meaning I am massively out of pocket. Before I call ATG and do my best begging and wheedling, has anyone had any luck getting their credit voucher extended? Any tips? Thanks! UPDATE: got it all sorted. I used the number I found elsewhere on this thread for card members (0333 102 7200) but I think I ended up speaking to the normal customer services anyway. The first time, the woman I spoke to wanted to pass me to group bookings because my first booking was via them (I shouldn't have mentioned that). But then something happened to the line and she couldn't hear me so hung up! I called back, got through to a man, and he sorted it all out for me (basically issued a new voucher) and I have managed to make my new booking.

Has anyone had any luck getting a refund out of ATG? I returned my Prima Facie tickets two weeks ago and was told my refund was being processed, but nothing since then! They even say not to follow up as it will delay the refund, but I'm worried the show date will pass before it's processed!

They even say not to follow up as it will delay the refund, but I'm worried the show date will pass before it's processed! When they refunded for issues with restricted seats for The Human Voice, they sent an email saying 10-15 working days. It was back on my credit card that very day.

I must be dreaming. I went onto the ATG website... AND THERE'S A SIGN IN BUTTON ON THE HOMEPAGE! Top right hand corner. Granted, it still lists booked shows as order numbers, but that is a huge step forward!

ATG gets worse, if that were possible. As recently as last month, I was able to contact them on: help@atgtickets.comI'd also been able to use: boxoffice@atgtickets.comThey no longer work. I don't want to call or use their Help Centre webform, because I want to forward the email relevant to my query so they can see what I'm talking about. Does anyone have an ATG email address that is still monitored? I have ATG membership if that helps.

Well, too good to be true, perhaps, or maybe I'm persona non grata as when I went to check for myself, there was no sign of this tab. Or did word get out so that the site was inunandated with people keen to test it?

Perhaps you need to clear your cache, or cookies, or whatever, showgirl? As you can probably tell, I don't know the first thing about technology, but I do have a symbol!

I’m not getting that version either, but I did see it briefly last week. We’ve had this before with ATG, when they’ve changed things before some people get the new version, others get the old version.

What I’ve notice now is that in the “old” (but still current for some) version they have changed the way to login to you account when buying tickets. It used to be that you Picked the show Picked the date Then in the same page under the date picker there was a question “theatrecard holder?” And if you selected yes you were given the log in page. Then when you selected a seat you got shown the offers. There’s no theatrecard holder question now, instead the sign in button has been put at the top right.

I’ve noticed that you can choose to stay logged in and it actually appears to work!

Is the ATG card worth it? I had one years ago and felt it was good value at the time - it was usually 50% off all seats on opening nights at the 2 non-West End theatres I used it at (Milton Keynes and Aylesbury,) which meant I saved a lot of money. However, I renewed and they seemed to stop all of the 50% off for opening night sales and the discounts then mostly consisted of £10 off, or, for most performances, just no booking fees. The following year I cancelled. Even now on the ATG website, if you're not a member, you can't really see what prices are available other than the standard prices. Did you ever get one for MK/Ayelsbury? I've just moved to the area, and working out how the theatre scene works in this area.

Does anyone know what the theatrecard-dedicated phone number is or where I can find it? I’d love to sort my exchange in 5 minutes if possible! LaLuPone Tel No - 0330 102 7200 Good Luck! Tried this number today to change dates on my Mrs Doubtfire tickets - straight through and sorted in a couple of minutes! Thanks for the tip!

Annoyingly there's an offer on that moment for Anything Goes in Manchester but it looks like I can't use it whilst logged on to my ATG account and therefore they try and charge the £3.85 admin fee.

Does anyone use this in Birmingham at the moment? I am thinking of signing up again but don’t know what kind of discounts it’s currently offering for the Alex. Used to be decent for opening nights.

I just logged on and had a look at a couple of upcoming shows for the Alexandra, South Pacific and Fisherman’s Friends. They both had £10 off selected seats for opening night and £5 off for other midweek nights. I didn’t look at weekends.

Shout out to Shay at ATG who was very helpful over the phones yesterday, as I've had to alter 2 bookings for 12th and 13th August in London. I was put on a list for a callback, which came after about 10 mins. Upper Circle tickets exchanged for Stalls with no fuss and not too much extra to pay.
This has saved my London weekend, as the arthritis has flared up in my right knee, and I'm also waiting for an operation to remove the cataract in my right eye! It will save me a lot of stair climbing and I'll have a better view of everything.

Have ATG stopped sending out the TC presale emails to card holders? I’ve not had anything from them for the venues I’ve signed up for. I know this is covering old ground with their IT and mailing systems but I’d wondered if any card holders are getting the emails. I’ve checked the spam/ junk folder to see if they have turned up there but no joy.

david Just checked, as I don’t take much notice of them, and I had a presale email on Monday for Mother Goose at the Empire. So looks like something’s wrong there.

I contacted the admin a few days ago and they said they had reset my account! No idea what’s going on as I was expecting something for the Drifters Girl at the Manchester OH this am but got nothing. I’ll wait to see if anything turns for any Liverpool shows before I get back in contact again.

david I’ve just looked again and The Drifters’s Girl one came through this morning. You should still be able to book as long as you log in first though.

ATG seem to be slow at announcing their slate of 2023 West End shows, don't they?
We're into November now and nothing listed yet from start of February for Ambassadors, Duke of Yorks, Pinter. Nothing announced for the Phoenix from March and if it was a big musical, surely we'd be hearing something by now?
Nimax and DMT have everything announced now, I think.

Just to provide a positive counter experience. I just called and took option 2 for Customer Services. I was answered immediately after the recorded message telling me there might be a long wait. A very pleasant lady dealt with my request to swap the dates of a show quickly and efficiently.
Either I am an outlier, or ATG are improving things.

Another voice to add to mkb ’s post. I’ve certainly found the response time for phone calls has been greatly improved. No more hanging on the phone for long periods and with great customer service to sort out stuff out with my account and ticket purchases. Despite the previous issues with dealing with ATG, I’m all for giving praise where it’s due. It’s definitely a marked improvement from previous dealings with the company.

Really surprised that ATG don't seem to be offering any Black Friday deals on membership itself but been searching for days in vain. I thought that at least there'd be something like 15 months for the price of 12. I cancelled my membership during the pandemic as I wasn't getting any benefit and never received emails from any of the theatres I was supposedly signed up with, but now I am tempted by a few productions and thinking it might be worth trying again. Ironically I have now started to receive emails from multiple ATG venues.

A very pleasant lady dealt with my request to swap the dates of a show quickly and efficiently. Either I am an outlier, or ATG are improving things. I spoke too soon. I bought what appeared to be front-row seats for "Mother Goose" at the Duke of York's on Tuesday for £77.50 each but with a "Limited view". The following day, the producers added two additional rows in front, so that I would no longer be on the front row, and at much lower prices. I asked ATG to re-accommodate me on the new front row. They said they could, but I would still have to pay £77.50 for them. Apparently the free exchange with Theatrecard membership will not refund differences in price. ATG spoke to the venue, and the line from both is that it's not their fault, it's the producers' fault, and therefore I have to lump it.

Apparently so! One of the advantages of front row is that although you'll be looking up, at least you don't have anyone's head to peer over, so not happy at the very late seating plan change. You'd think that two days before the first show was safe enough for the plan to be final.

Something I find really bizarre with ATG is that when you swap tickets to another performance, it has to be the same price or higher. I tried to swap a seat for one that was less than I've already paid and they refused - why? They'd be in profit because they'd have my original money and be able to resell the original seat.
