I think that's very harsh! I was there and she was phenomenal, just heard it now also and though she nailed it. With Marisha, it's totally different to Amber, for example - it's all about the passion and the performance and not note perfection, which I'll take any day! I agree. She's like Idina Menzel - she's not always pitch perfect but she's an amazing singer with an amazing voice who puts so much emotion into all her songs and from what I've seen on her Instagram seems a really nice and funny person. Like Idina I would describe her as Queen 😂 |

She has a very good voice, but occasionally does not pull it off. I saw her twice last week, and there were times when she struggled with some big/high notes. Amber's voice is like butter though- it's just so silky and smooth. |

Again, little bit shady they didn't do the same tweet with Karen's date. They certainly seem to be pushing Marisha's name a lot more in recent weeks - perhaps a sign that a promotion might be in the works? 😜 |

Amazing! I had booked for 22nd but rescheduled to the 15th when I saw that the Color Purple concert is the 21st. I assumed that she'd need a rest after belting out Celie. So pleased my gamble paid off 😃

It's EU Law, I wouldn't even be doing it if it wasn't necessary to get an LLB.
I took a day off last year to see Adele; can't complain, I ended up at the very front of the stage and got to hold her hand (yes I died).
I'm thinking of trying to get tickets either for Friday (maybe try the TodayTix lottery) or get a ticket for next Friday? (I'm holding Wicked off until my last exam on the 25th)

I'm hoping this isn't what she sounds like the whole recording, which I suspect she doesn't, as she sounds great on Listen! But this is supposed to be the Cast Recording of the year for me, I hope I'm not disappointed!

I agree! loved her live but she doesn't sound her best for the majority of this song, I hope to be proved wrong for the rest of the recording. Interestingly WOS promotion giving away a free copy of this with any ticket priced £40+, not a bad promotion if you hadn't already preordered tickets or the CD |
