Gahhhhhh!!! Last time I came to Dreamgirls in December the show was completely cancelled due to flooding. I dared to come back this afternoon, seen Act 1, and I am changing and then the curtain has gone down and technical difficulties have been announced! Why am I cursed?!!! Did it continue as normal?

Dreamgirls unplugged for those of us who haven’t seen/heard the new cast yet.
Moya, what’s with the dress and wellies combo girl?

What gave you that impression Given current sales they've linked up with Today Tix and on Tuesdays you can meet a cast member after the show. Not sure it's a bonus myself. They're doing that every Tuesday now

Have sales picked up now that we are in the New Year? I know the drop off after Amber left was notable. I wanna go back once more to see Moya just so I have seen all four leads in London.

Hiya new member here I've been loving reading these comments about shows going no tour and so on. I've seen the show twice with Amber will return sometime this year to see the new cast I can seriously see this one going on tour in 2020 It would be a perfect Christmas show at the Wales Millenium centre

I think it would go down an absolute storm on tour. And we have a bevy of potential Effies to take it there. I’d go for Karen Mav. Id hate it if they cut down the set but with the exception of the Stepping To The Bad Side I dont see why they would have to? However as I’m not a set designer there might be huge challenges around that

I saw the show again this afternoon. Marisha was great as ever, she always slays and she didn't disappoint. Brennyn was vocally great but appeared tired on the dance moves, maybe ill or something, but it was like she was dancing in slow motion to the others. Asmeret is the star of the show tho and never dissapoints. I still really just don't feel this male Ensemble, they are just not up to scratch compared to the originals. And whilst I like Tosh, the more I see him in this role I dislike his peeformance. Audience was packed but very quiet. No large responses to any songs really bar Dreamgirls in Act 1, and And I Am Telling You ended with no one clapping until I started to clap. But Marisha was stronger than ever so I didn't understand. Listen got the biggest response of the afternoon.

Question about the the Finale, as there were two things I noticed, one that I've never noticed and one that has either been added in or I just haven't been observant and forgot. Firstly, I love that the understudy Effie is the central girl in the orange dresses in the Finale! But secondly, when the Ensemble come on in their various outfits, have the male supporting cast always come on afterward and surrounded the four Dreams at the end of the title song reprise? I've never noticed before so I'm sure if it has always been like that I've just forgotten. Also the lack of confetti like in the film bugs me alot.

Is this for a ticket anywhere? Or restricted to certain areas? Just tried to book and I couldn’t see where to apply the code?

Wow, that's crazy. People need to understand this is a character he's playing. I've never understood the booing, but this crosses the line. In other news, FIERCE AS F*CK: http://instagram.com/p/BheSzllDn8p

Completely disrespectful is a real understatement! How on earth can anyone think that that is an acceptable thing to say?!

Yes, completely out of order. However, the actor should take it as a huge compliment in that he delivers such a brilliant, believable performance night after night to elicit such a reaction.

For him to hear it, I wonder what part of the show it was?? I'm guessing the quieter moments of the final scene, where he grabs Deena and it goes silent?
