Anyone see this? BBC 9pm Tuesday. The premise was a bit like that choir programme but with a choreographer called Steve Elias getting a whole town to participate in a public dance. I thought it was a piss-take to start with because Mr Elias is quite a portly chap and cut a comic figure demonstrating pirouettes to kids in Barnsley. But it won me over and by the end was quite charming.
The dance at the end must have been a nightmare to rehearse but they pulled it off (just) with a couple of star turns including a young man on a bike.
Worth a watch.
