Anyone see this? BBC 9pm Tuesday. The premise was a bit like that choir programme but with a choreographer called Steve Elias getting a whole town to participate in a public dance. I thought it was a piss-take to start with because Mr Elias is quite a portly chap and cut a comic figure demonstrating pirouettes to kids in Barnsley. But it won me over and by the end was quite charming. The dance at the end must have been a nightmare to rehearse but they pulled it off (just) with a couple of star turns including a young man on a bike.
Worth a watch.

I thought at first you meant the programme that was on about a year ago where the chap tried to get folk ballroom dancing. Will try and watch on catch up.

I did watch it and really enjoyed it. Just wondered why there wasn't any crowds watching the procession though. Steve Elias (who I'd never heard of) came across as a great bloke and a terrific choreographer. Will look forward to the next show.
