When does it open and who is Hannigan? Ugh Why not wait until something's been officially announced babes. If your usually joyfully perky manner can wait.

I know this suggestion will be very popular. How about "The Last Ship"?

Announcement due imminently. Supposedly a show is going in for just a couple of weeks, with a more permanent show to follow. Neverland delayed for the time being.

As stated on the Neverland thread, it's delayed by around six months as Harvey Weinstein's mother died and he could not focus on producing the show in London while grieving for her. As also stated on that thread, it's unlikely he's taking six months off work entirely, but FN isn't his only project.
It may still go into the Piccadilly. The two shows going in immediately after Jersey Boys are both limited run fillers (the second is not that much more permanent than the first from what I gather), so it may be they are in a holding pattern until a new timetable for FN can be locked down.

I hope this means Neverland is still definitely coming. Still heading in but may never land, perhaps?

I remember seeing Lily Savage as Miss Hannigan once. She was glorious! I saw that production too, my dad took me..I have no idea of what theater it was housed in but I oddly remember us going to some American Dinner!!

I know this suggestion will be very popular. How about "The Last Ship"? Personally I would love to see this but I foresee it coming to London on the fridge and not big scale West-End!

Oh that would be cool too. Although I'd love to see Rachel Tucker in it. But the score in itself is amazing so it would be great to just get the opportunity to see it. I know Sting has said he wants to bring it to London though so I'm still hoping for a small West End theatre. Perhaps something the size of The Apollo, Noel Coward, Criterion, Gielgud, Garrick? Something quite small but still large enough for a professional production.

Change a single letter, and you'd have a Trump biographical musical. The Fast Ship?

I don't know exactly when the announcement is coming, but there really isn't long at all between Jersey Boys closing and the new show opening, so it can't be far off.

This is so exciting - the Sovremennik Theatre produces some of the most stunning work. I've booked for all two of the shows. I caught their work in Moscow a few years ago and it was some of the most heartfelt real and raw work I had ever seen. Don't knock it until you have seen it.

I have to be honest and upfront here, but hand on heart I have to say I didn't see this coming. At least interval vodka sales will do well.
