Lehman Trilogy apparently sold out for this booking period, though we all know that returns pop up online when members realise they've clashed with the Village Fete or whatever. ONE ticket - just one - at £15 now showing for the 1pm performance of 'The Lehman Trilogy' on July 14th. How do I know this? I returned it. (I'm still going, the person I was going with is not.) |

Unsure whether to risk a £15 ticket on this. Trouble is i dont rate Ifans. Wish i had seen the production in Bath recently with Alun Armstrong

In your opinion (well, except for the Olivier part, I guess that's objective fact). I've not seen it yet and don't really have much beef with Marber at the moment, so may end up with a completely different opinion. Indeed, if our exchanges here are anything to go by, I almost *certainly* will have a different opinion!  |

Considering they were closed book exams, so I must have memorised quotes, you'd think I would remember more than it being about an apparently dying king.. |

Booked tickets for Home I'm darling and Hadestown but again the NT website crashed and was being very slow. Got good seats and am looking forward to seeing them it looks like Pericles has sold out so will they release more tickets do you think?

I got tickets for Pericles (alongside Hadestown and Home, I'm Darling) and at the time I was booking - about 9.30 am this morning - there were only a few seats left for the last performance - the only one I looked at. I wonder if a large number of tickets are being reserved for the community organisations taking part in the production.

Very underestimated play and directors tend to mess about with it. I will wait before I book this one as I’m not so keen on the community aspect. lynette, also one of my favourites, the brothel scene when done well is one of the funniest of Shakespeare’s scenes, and the final reconciliation is a lot more satisfying than The Winter’s Tale. As this production is only £15 the opportunity to see Pericles again more than outweighs the community aspect.
