I normally use The Savoy's restroom before seeing a show at the Adelphi. It's much faster to use theirs and cross the street than queue amongst 100s of gay men seeing Kinky Boots or The Bodyguard. ...but not nearly half as interesting!  (Just out of interest, ali, how much "resting" takes place in a "restroom"? Have never got that term...!) |

It'll be touring the UK in Spring'17. Apols if that's old news and I've missed it. Is it?! That's good. Sheridan won't do the tour. Maybe Samantha is connected to that role? |

The fact that only one person seemed to tweet about Samantha leaving Guys & Dolls to do this makes me think he was just making it up because Samantha and Funny Girl have a prior connection.

Yeah I totally agree! There's been no other news of that since he tweeted it so I can't see it being true somehow. I reckon they might announce Sheridans return soon maybe. |

I don't thunk there will be an announcement of Sheridan Smith coming back. It would put a lot of pressure on her to be "ready" by a certain date, and if it was then decided she needed extra time it would piss off a lot of people. IF she comes back, the only indicator will be no understudy signs in the foyer or whatever. Additionally, the producers obviously would like the public to forget the whole "thing", so aren't likely to want to draw any extra attention to her return.

So if she's still going to be off they'll need to release a new statement |

A lot of top people saw her under the influence at the Menier. How long does it take to properly dry out because I'm sure everyone will want her to be 100% before risking a return?
