Surely if she's made a full recovery and she's on the up now, then I would've thought that she would be back say 2 weeks? It means a full recovery from the incident in question. Ie that the medical staff deemed her fit to leave hospital. It doesn't mean fully recovered from whatever is going on in her life that's causing her current problems. You're desperate to see her and clutching at whatever hope you can find. Reality is none of us know what her situation is. |

So had everything gone to plan she would have been working solidly from the opening of FG at the Menier all the way through yo closing at the savoy. That's a year with no holidays.
Whoever agreed to that, whether it was her, her management, the producers or collectively they must be very stupid.

I'm racking my brains to think of conditions that require "priority" admission to the hospital by ambulance, and full recovery hours later as reported by The Telegraph. Dehydration? That can require urgent attention and a drip, but once they're rehydrated again they're fine and can go home. |

I assumed that it had been recorded from the dates next to the track listing, and that it was generally postponed, which wouldn't be unusual. These-a-things-a-do-appen. |

I thought they hadn't done Sheridan's, just because when they were recording it they posted photos of it and said who was in on twitter, but they never said Sheridan was in or showed a photo of their leading lady laying down her vocals. But then I could be wrong. |

I repeat my words from literally hours ago.....
"George, it'll take as long as it takes. The priority should be her recovery and ensuring she is fully fit and healthy in general, not just in order for her to get back to a theatre. Ultimately that is not important. Her long term health is.
No one can predict whether she'll be back in 2 weeks, 4 weeks or not at all. That will be one for her and hopefully whoever is supporting her. there is no point in speculating. "
Can we please return to discussing the production and cease the speculation on something none of us know the answer to?
With that in mind - has anyone been recently? I may try and go along if I can get a cheaper seat as I'd like to see Natasha.

Since Sheridan had no holiday time planned does that mean no one else does either? I'd love to see some of the other covers as well now that I've seen Natasha.

Johnny Fox is tweeting that Samantha Spiro (who is being replaced by Rebel Wilson in Guys and Dolls) is to take over from the 28th June as Fanny. I really hope this is just twitter rumors, I saw Sheridan in April and she was by far the best actress I have seen on stage this year.

I was tempted to see Natasha Barnes or Sheridan when she returned but not Samantha Spiro. We'll see if it's true first.

It is the easiest person to drag into the role, she already knows it basically. But Sheridan gave one of the best performances I have ever seen, even two days before that dramatic performance.

There are several tweets from him about it, I considered asking for his sources but I believe he is a fan of the block button so that wouldn't get anywhere. Based on the fact he was asking and subsequently tweeted other west end news sources that it is the case I wondered if anybody else had heard anything about it. Like I said hoping it is a twitter rumour.
