Question for when Jennifer went on as Bobbie....
Does anyone know in the schedule where she seems different versions of herself - working, pregnant, with a baby etc, did all of those actresses still wear Bobbie's red wig to copy Rosalie's own hair even though she wasn't in the show? Or did they have dark wigs like what Jennifer wears as jenny?

I guess since she's the understudy, they are prepared and have different wigs for when she's on as Bobbie.
But now that you ask I'm curious, so hoping someone can confirm.

I wonder if Les Mis does move to the Gielgud, which seems likely when the Queens is being refurbished, will it be a permanent move there or just temporary until the Queens is ready to have it move back? If I recall correctly the plans were to be announced this year. Would be nice to have the Queens free for new shows

I have a feeling they didn’t tech that scene until half way through previews so it could well have been that scene wasn’t even part of the public show at that point.

Lucky you! Didn't realised Rush Tickets were Front Row. Thought Front Row was just for Day Seats at the Box Office

I wonder if they have an option for quietly releasing the front row to TodayTix once the day seat queue has been sated. I can't imagine the day seat queue is heaving at the moment, what with the weather and the relative nicheness of the show and the cost being £25 whether you go for a day seat or a TodayTix rush so frankly you may as well stay tucked up in the warm and put your faith in the app if turning up in person doesn't make you a *significant* saving.

I think they split it between the app and day seats. I got a front row seat through the app at 10:00:09 yesterday. :-) And maybe they release the ones that haven't been claimed through day seats to the app shortly after as well?

Wow, this show is sure something! Very entertaining and impressive. I will share my thoughts on the show after I have seen it again and I'm still ruminating on the subject matter.
The front row is not bad but for a first visit I would recommend to sit further back. There's a lot going on and then you can better take it all in. At times it felt a bit overwhelming being so close to the action. On Saturday night I will see it from the dress circle. Then I will know if I missed anything.
I decided to stagedoor for the first time in 3 years but no luck. The ladies didn't come out and it took quite long for the notice to be posted. Met nice people waiting though.

Was like a military operation in our hotel room this morning to try and get the rush tickets. Four iPhones all frantically refreshing after we rolled over at 7:30 just a bit too sleepy to roll into town.
And result! Two in stalls row P and two in Dress Circle D. Family matinee out for £100. Can't complain at that.

Well folks, it’s a miracle!
My mother. The, “turn off this noise”, self declaring Sondheim hating mother - loved it! It really is an amazing production, and it keeps getting better. Today was my third viewing and it still hit all the right notes. Rosalie keeps getting stronger.
Small technical hitch when she goes into “miniature house” world with a show stop for a few minutes.

Am here tonight. £25 day seat, 2nd Row from the front. Sorted. Despite my cynicism regarding the gender swap, it really does work

I know nothing about this musical but I saw it earlier.
The performances were good (apart from one person whose accent was awful while singing (who gets a rather large chunk of the praise)).
It felt very self-important; maybe it made more of an impact in the past.
I liked some of the songs, but could’ve done with a least fifty percent less talking.
The show-stop was fun.

Round 3 last night for me, and it was vastly different. They all seem to have found things in it that they hadn’t before - particularly Patti. the whole scene before and after ladies who lunch (and the song itself) were so much more than I’d seen previously. It was like the stakes were higher, and it somehow meant more.
Completely love it though. My West end show of the year. Glad it was the one I ended on.
