For me nothing is going to match my excitement at Angels in America all year. And given it's length I probably may as well move in for a week or so during the run. That aside in January I'm excited for Lazarus and Rent (yes I'm going with viserys!) and probably for seeing Rent again when it rolls around to Cardiff.
Already booked for Rosencrantz and Andrew Scott's Hamlet as well. And I'm also very excited for Matthew Bourne's The Red Shoes being a total Bourne fangirl. Other than that on tour La Cage is high on the list and I'll probably see a lot of the other major musicals tours but nothing else booked as yet...
I've also finally got my Harry Potter trip!

14 January: Jesus Christ Superstar with Ted Neeley - Antwerp, Belgium 28 January: Rachel's last performance in Wicked (hopefully, if I can make it) March: Cats international tour - Antwerp, Belgium
After that I hope to have a first production of my own show. If so, I might try and stick around in London for a while and see a bunch of shows. I really want to see Finding Neverland. I'd also grab that opportunity to see a bunch of off-west end and fringe shows, because when I'm there as a tourist for just a few days, I usually opt for the big successful shows.

I'm definitely seeing: The Red Shoes (Sadler's Wells) The Wild Party (The Other Place) Harry Potter (finally!) The Frogs (Jermyn Street)
I'm hoping to see: Promises, Promises (Southwark) Working (Southwark) The Addams Family tour Wicked with either Rachel or Willemijn as I've seen neither before but heard good things. Bat out of Hell The Play that Goes Wrong (tour) Follies
I saw an advert on the Tube for Pink Floyd's "The Wall" at the London Palladium in April and was keen to go - but now I'm searching online for it, I can't find anything about it. Is this still happening does anyone know?!

I'm hoping to see: Wicked with either Rachel or Willemijn as I've seen neither before but heard good things. If you get the chance, see them both. If you can only see one, go for Rachel. She's incredible.

If you get the chance, see them both. If you can only see one, go for Rachel. She's incredible. And here's me telling the exact opposite: If can only see one, definitely go for Willemijn. She's even better than Rachel. So in short: See both and make up your own mind, cause last time I checked, there was no "too often" in Wicked

Currently only got Dreamgirls and The Wild Party in London and Funny Girl on tour booked. Really need to try and ration London trips next year for the sake of my financial health. But trips down to see Angels in America and Follies are pencilled in.
