I got some stall seats this morning. I wonder if there's many left?

I realised that I’ve had the cd sat on my shelf for years and never got through it, so perhaps I shouldn’t worry. My son got some student ones no problem though.

Haven't heard of this site, thanks for linking it. Legroom apparently not great, but the view seems fine.
I'll have to dig out a copy of War and Peace now to prepare for seeing it!

I've booked Circle A12 for a performance in January. Hoping it's a good seat, as I can't find anywhere to check the seating plan. There’s a site called aviewfrommyseat.co.uk which has this photo for C12, nearest I could find .

I managed to get a ticket in the central Circle. I hope this is okay. It was either that, or a side-on view in the Stalls.
Despite really not enjoying PRELUDES at the Southwark Playhouse (I just thought that it was a load of nonsense), I am looking forward to this.

When I booked yesterday there was a button you could click to show you the view from the seat which was a pop up however the pic was so tiny I could hardly see it.

Be warned the circle has next to none legroom, so if you have arthritis like me it really isn’t a good idea.

Managed to get myself a seat for a performance just before Christmas — calling it an early Christmas present to myself 😂 Looking forward to seeing who will be cast in this!

It’s not about height that’s irrelevant, it is about arthritis and having my leg in the same 90 degree position for a length of time. I suffered tonight on one of those stage seats at the Old Vic. Didn’t realise no leg room.

@tippi seems like they’ve had a lot of issues - email the box office for them to look into it. pending won’t mean charged btw

I hadn’t twigged until reading the programme at Jamie Muscato’s concert last night that Sam Young is MDing this - very excited about that

It isn’t - I think sheader discussed that somewhere in an interview

As much as I love that original staging and set I have to agree; I think this show definitely needs a new look to evolve, especially after that whole hoohah on Broadway. Hopefully a smaller staging like this could be could be put on more often.
I suppose there's a conversation to be had about the need for non-replica productions of modern musicals which typically come in a package of a regular design/look, like what is happening with Dear Evan Hansen (though we're yet to see about that.)

It isn’t - I think sheader discussed that somewhere in an interview they were actively looking for actors who played instruments to a high standard though, so possibly weaving that in somewhere...

Is this show completely sold out? I am wondering how some are able to buy tickets, I looked at the website a few times and nothing was available across multiple dates.

From what I’ve heard, the only seats now available are special tickets for under 30s. These tickets have been available for quite a while, so I’m not sure why they haven’t just been put on general release now. Apart from these, I think the whole run is now sold out. It was already pretty well sold by the end of the day that tickets were put on general release.

There will be seats held back because the sightlines haven't been decided yet plus any returns.

Yes, I looked yesterday and there was a note saying only the Under 35 tickets were remaining. There aren't many of them left either.
