What are people's thoughts on Rice leaving the role of Artistic Director?
I always thought it odd for someone to want the job at the Globe being a confessed non Shakespeare fan, also for the board in hiring Rice in the first place. As they did hire the new director, then surely they need to back their decision.
I have not had a chance to see any new productions at the Globe. Hopefully next year.
Any thoughts on this.
