Put in my vote for Guys and Dolls even though I doubt it has a chance.

Sad, especially since Funny Girl was probably the weakest production of the lot!

Already voted for Groundhog Day. Isn't Our Ladies technically a play though?

So this is the only Best musical award they are bestowing?
Not keen on the great unwashed voting in such supposedly prestigious awards.
It's not best musical, it's the show most people saw. If they do this, - a brilliant new musical at the Donmar will never win for example.

Yeah but when they go for a best performer award a name people have heard of gets it, whether people have seen the play or not.

Erm I think we're both saying the same thing really ? When Joe Public votes- it has no real merit. It's just a popularity vote.

I voted Groundhog Day too - so frustrating to not know the song titles!!! Tim Minchin put a couple of lines of one of the songs on twitter - (thanks Kathryn for the original tweet request)
"Oh if I could I'd hold the tide at bay my love, but all I have to offer is tomorrow ...."
Thing of beauty.
