Hi
I am having problems booking tickets on the NT website using my IPad. It no longer allows me to choose my own seats, although it still works if I use my IPhone. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, is there any way to solve it. Any help gratefully received.

Yeah I found this happens to my iPad too. They can never get it completely right.

I definitely used it to book 2 or 3 weeks ago but couldn't two night ago. I presume something's broken that will eventually be fixed.

Works fine using Firefox and Puffin browsers on an iPad (iOS 9). Chrome has recently released an update that broke a bunch of things for desktop browsers, maybe they have done the same for the iPad version.

Puffin browser? Let's not get too niche!
I managed it on an iPhone yesterday but it took a couple of goes. The biggest concern is always that you're going to lose you're saved seats.
