Thanks to GILT, I'm taking a chance on a new musical called The Phantom of the Opera, written, I understand, by an up-and-coming composer called Lord Lloyd-Webber. What sort of parents name their child Lord?
I haven't seem Michael Crawford perform live since Barnum, and I've been a big fan of Sarah Brightman ever since Hot Gossip.

Tonight I shall be schlepping off to Greenwich to see 'Edward II'. A tale of a couple of gayers and the promise of full frontal nudity from what looks like a delightfully attractive cast. I mean, seriously, I'd booked before I even read what the play was about.
Now. What's this DLR?

Tomorrow I shall be patronising the Victoria Palace Theatre for 'Hamilton'. I have been listening to my 'Betty Boo's Greatest Hits' album in preparation so that I am up to speed with the Hippedy-Rap-Hop musical stylings.
I've received the email about the farcical ticket collection process which all sounds a bit of a faff. If there isn't a full body frisk included I may riot.

Apparently I'm travelling 200 miles to see Wicked tonight on the off chance I'm right and Samantha Thomas is Glinda tonight. (I'm around 70% sure she will be, I wont be disappointed anyway) And on Wednesday I'm seeing the opening night of Shrek in Sunderland.

Young Frankenstein tonight, my second visit. I wasn't wowed on the first visit, but the GILT offer and three good cheapish Row B Stalls means I'm taking my son and one of his mates and hopefully will have a laugh.

On Saturday I'm at the Hospital Club Hark at you, hobnobbing with the rich and famous. Is it for rich & famous.? The only other time I've been there was for a tv recording of Alan Davies show on "Dave".

^ £865 for annual membership, plus £250 joining fee. That's very nearly the price of a ticket for Hamilton!
(The only time I've been was for an art exhibition.)
