I'm putting my hair through a blue rinse and heading off to the Vaudeville for 'Hobson's Choice' tonight.
On the plus side, I could very well be the youngest one in the audience. I was a bit of a pensioner's pin-up in my youth so who knows whether I'll survive tonight. I hope Martin Shaw has remembered some of his 'Professionals' moves. I may need rescuing.

My first 2 show day in a very long time!
I'm at Regent's Park for Jesus Christ Superstar this afternoon, then my 2nd Groundhog Day at The Old Vic tonight!

Working then, but hope to make a mad dash if it's quiet at work to see Rotterdam.

Terrible week for opportunities as weeks ago I agreed to give up an extra day to cover for leave, and it's voluntary work. However, that still leaves me Half A Sixpence on Saturday, even if I can't stay on for Strife in the evening.

Off to the Park Theatre to see 'The Trial of Jane Fonda' this evening. I shall be pulling on my stretch leotard for the occasion.
I realise it's about her little Vietnam contretemps rather than her criminal exercise videos but hey ho, I have the legs for lycra.
Stretch, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and lift . . .

I'm seeing Yerma tonight. Thank goodness the Young Vic email a reminder - I'd forgotten it was today!

Entered both the Kinky Boots and The Bodyguard lotteries. Did you win either? Nope... the non-winning streak continues. Went to see the Mamma Mia! new cast instead

After what seems like months of ballet and opera and no plays at all, I'm seeing 3 (hopefully proper) plays next week. 2 of the Young Chekhovs on Mon/Tue, Truth on Thu.

Of my usual 4/5 weekly slots, all I have booked so far is Yerma one evening, but too many things competing for the other spaces. One of my usual days is earmarked for my sister's birthday outing and she's not much of a theatregoer but has been with a friend a couple of times recently and was surprised to enjoy it. So would it be terrible of me to try to persuade her to see just one thing on her birthday evening? We're quiet, non-party types and we've already agreed to spend the day doing something she'll definitely like.

I'll also be at Harry Potter Studios (rather than the play alas!) on Sunday.
