www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/about-the-national-theatre/archive should have everything you need. Don't be discouraged if you get the impression it's only there for serious scholars with an actual reason to view the footage, they absolutely will let anyone in to watch stuff even if the reason is "just because I want to".

I might go and make an appointment after follies has closed has anyone seen the NT Live when it came out? I've seen the NT Live broadcast and been to Follies 2.0 twice. Definitely worth making the trip next month if at all possible! Joanna Riding is something else. Thanks for the info @baemax, really interesting to know! Second time I went, Peter Forbes started with the wrong lyric in The Right Girl and decided to give up and stumble around taking swigs for a minute until "Hey Margie...". Was also a captioned performance and it really threw them for a loop.

Does anyone know if I can get discount buying on a day? I know they have day seats, but these are in the circle in row D, which is pretty poor. I'd love to be in centre stalls, but £72 is too much for me at the moment.

I don't know if they're offering it this week, but there have certainly been discounts on Today Tix during this year's run of Follies. Worth checking out.

They do £15 standby tix on the night from the BO, I'm debating as I'm yet to see the show!
Booked when first announced with Staunton, moved my tickets 4 times. In the end didn't get there. Then rebooked and have moved my tickets 2 times in this run, very unlikely I'll see it now which is a shame!

Finally saw this again and it was just as incredible as the first time. I hadn't seen the new cast yet and I'm happy to say I thought they were equally as good as the originals and I enjoyed Joanna Riding and Alexander Hanson's takes on their characters just as much as Staunton's and Quast's. The only change I wasn't too happy with was Sally's exit. It took her a long time to leave and the pause until Ben's line was a bit awkward but since they had a break it could be possible he just forgot his line as there were a few other flubs like that throughout since it's only their second day back. Janie Dee had a great one in Waiting For the Girls Upstairs where she seemed to have a laughing fit after messing up a couple lines and couldn't go on singing for a bit of the song. I didn't mind though because she's so brilliant throughout that she's allowed a but of leeway. Might have been some technical difficulties too as the fire escape made an awful noise as it rolled off for the mirror number and the back half didn't go off until midway through which was fine but there seemed to be maintenance people on it which makes me think maybe it was supposed to have by then. I'm not sure. Really loved some of the choreography changes though and especially found the scene where all the ghosts leave with the haunting piano in the background moving. Overall, just as brilliant as ever and I can't wait to see the final show on Saturday!

Janie Dee is doing a zillion things at once so I suppose not surprising that tonight she sang "one of them was orange" instead of "one of them was borrowed" -- orange?? But no matter: the production looks and sounds as tremendous as ever and once this closes and both it and COMPANY are but a memory, London will be that much bleaker a place.

I gather Dominic Cooke was in the house tonight -- his last time seeing this show.

Enjoyed this again last night from the second row. Surprised it wasn't full, there were 30 or 40 seats free in the side Stalls and side Dress Circle.
But those second row seats are really uncomfortable. Thin, no arm rests and lowest backs ever. Really noticeable in a show without an interval.
Great to see Heidi Schiller. What a voice and only on for one week.
There was a cover on for one of the minor roles. It was verbally announced about 7:10pm (before many people would even have been in the building), but never repeated and there were no signs up. An odd approach.

I went on the last ever After lights down tour and it was incredible! And the guy who was resetting everything on stage at the end of the show said that they were demolishing the set on Monday so there probably wont be another future for follies

Sensational last night helped by a very appreciative audience. Applause for all the ladies for their staircase entrance, mid show standing ovation for Who's That Woman and a long, loud ovation at the end. The cast, orchestra and crew who all came on at the end looked genuinely moved by the response.

Just watching clips and parts of it- I'm overcome with emotion. Long week, don't ask, but oh my life this is so beautiful. I will sadly be in so much regret I never got to see this. Such a pity.
Hopefully it isn't too long before a big old fashioned musical is done smashingly on the Olivier, soon!

‘Take one last look at your girls... they won’t be coming down those stairs again’
I mean, WHAT A NIGHT. It’s no real secret that I think this production of Follies is the best musical I’ve seen in this country. Even more so this second time around. It was absolutely thrilling to see the audience having the time of their lives seeing the CAST having the time of their lives.
From the individual applauses for each of the beautiful girls, to the incredibly well deserved standing ovation for the Mirror number (which is without question the best moment on stage I’ve ever seen) and the final, long, loud ovation before the lights came up for the bows, it was one of those nights for the scrapbook.
Too many wonderful performances to highlight, but Joanna Riding and Janie Dee are my new heroes. They’re inspiring, and I might be a little bit obsessed with them both.
It’s the production to end all productions, we’ll never see one like it again, but boy, it was something.
‘It’s been a lovely party, I’m so glad I came!’ ❤️

Joanna Ridings Losing my mind is perfection and I cannot believe I will never see it again Yes! Normally it's done so longingly but hers is angry (as is her Sally in general) and her performance is the only time the song has brought me to tears.
