In total there have been 35 bubble dresses made for the UK productions (London and tours) and they’re all made by the same seamstress in the UK – the bubble dress is washable! Now waiting for resident fact-fan martello736 to list out the 35 Glinda’s who have donned a bubble dress... *coughs* The British Glindas in chronological order (sort of), are... Helen Dallimore Annalene Beachey Sarah Earnshaw Dianne Pilkington Elinor Collett (never went on) Caroline Keiff Pippa Lloyd (never went on) Chloe Taylor Louise Dearman Lucy Newton Zoe Rainey Gina Beck Charlotte Scott Sophie Linder-Lee Florence Andrews (never went on) Lucy van Gasse Emily Tierney Savannah Stevenson Helen Woolf Carina Gillespie Michelle Francis Lauren Stroud Lauren James Ray Victoria Farley Maria Coyne Carly Anderson Elizabeth Futter Amy Goodwin (never went on) Suzie Mathers Rosa O'Reilly Sophie Evans Samantha Thomas (not debuted yet) Charli Baptie (not debuted yet) Grace Chapman (not debuted yet)That's only 34, so the big question is, who's had 2 bubble dresses?

I want to feel better about the cast than i do. Watching those videos and i honestly feel like it's not a great impression.

If you're not going to be impressed by Elphaba hanging high in the air off a crane I'm not sure what will impress!

Have any Glinda's been pregnant during their run? That could explain the nedd to create a bigger dress for two of them? Or one of them just got new boobs or something.

Maybe they had a spare dress for the original cast in case something happened to it? For the subsequent casts they could just keep the old ones in storage to use in case of an emergency.

I'm really curious about what is happening with Jessamy. She initially told people that she was staying on as understudy Elphaba and her sudden departure made us all think she was a shoe in for the tour. I guess she didn't enjoy Wicked all that much!

How good are the tours in terms of merch? It'll be my first time and I have absolutely no idea how much they'll have compared to the website.

In Bradford last year they had pretty much the same merchandise as in London, there was a specific merchandise stand set-up, as well as ushers walking aeound selling CDs and programmes. Happy shopping!

I think it's an excellent idea to have as many covers as they do, considering the near disaster that happened in the tour back in 2015!

Has anyone booked to see the tour yet? I have a few shows booked already and I'm very excited! I’m off to Zurich to see the show on 25th November and I’ve got two trips to Bristol planned in Feb and March. It’s literally down the road from me when it comes to Cardiff, I’ve convinced a few people to see it with me so I’m kind of planning a “Wicked Wednesday!” type thing in September/October and go each week it’s here.... definitely hoping to catch some Standby and Understudy shows too if I can get a ticket if Amy/Helen call out!

I loved the original tour second leg with Ash et al where understudies weren't really publicised before the day but you could make a very good guess.

I may or may not be attending 15 shows while the tour is in Dublin.... anyone who knows me well enough will be able to work out whether this it true or not!

It's not true, he's actually going to be attending all 55 shows. Emily Olive-Boyd has offered to let him crash in her apartment in return for poisoning Kim and Helen (Walsh) so she gets to go on as Morrible. You didn't hear it from me folks.
