Gorka is only stepping in for rehearsals this week, he hopes to be better for the Saturday show. It would be lovely to see Gorka back though!! The producers clearly think so too. Brendan must be under pressure to get better! Anastasia must be having the best week ever rehearsing!

Unless of course Anastasia is voted off this week - I would have thought that she hasn't got too many weeks left given the high standard this year. So I doubt we will be seeing very much more of Brendan or Gorka anyway.

Also gives Brendan a full week to recover. Unless of course she goes out as you say. |

After seeing him in this, I really hope Danny Mac goes back to his roots and does lots more musical theatre in the West End and on tour!

If all pro dancers are contracted for the whole series, then the pro partners of departed celebrities return to the ensemble as unpartnered pros and are available as covers for the remaining partners. |

Well this series just gets more interesting. First there was no dance off due to Anastasia's injury. Then Will left. Brendan can't dance due to chest infection so is being replaced by Gorka and now Lura ain't dancing after sustaining an injury in rehearsals giving her an automatic pass through to next week. www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/strictlycomedancing/entries/a1cd0eb1-7808-48da-aacd-72e471d88f29Ed had better up his game! I also read this afternoon that Ed's partner has been ill with some kind of lurgy that has taken away her voice! Several pro dancers are said to be under the weather with a similar bug. What next?! Just getting the cocktail shaker out now, and the snacks are all ready on the trolley. Might as well make a night of it... Enjoy, one and all...! |
