Slightly unkind phrasing, considering she's done three-month stints in Chicago and Aida before now (unless I'm missing something and she was Martine McCutcheon levels of notorious for calling out of those two shows).

All reference to the show has been wiped from her Instagram. To have Lea ready for after Christmas also seems like this wasn’t a last minute plug pulling. |

How many performances did she do? She was with the show for two weeks but what I've heard is that she was a no-show for most of them.

I have and continue to struggle with my mental health and that wasn't my intention to cause upset. I use messy merely as a form of humour, I call friends of mine messy. I don't mean it as a personal jab at her in a horrible way despite how it may come across, like I said, I love Michelle, she is one of the best people to follow! So if my wording offended you, I apologise as it wasnt intentional and I would never want to hurt someone over something like mental health intentionally. |

Saw this last night. Loved it! We hadn't known the show beforehand, so we prepared by listening to the OBC recording a couple of times, which didn't prepare us for how well the show works as a totality or for how much this staging fulfills - and maybe elevates - the material. The use of the in-the-round space is ideal, and the whole cast is terrific.

This is off topic but I felt I should share this.
Michael Arden directed a reading of Parade earlier this month with Ben Platt and Michaela Diamond for Roundabout. The probability of this making it to Broadway is less then 10% but I'm really excited to see what Arden could do to this show.
