Found this unsettling, sharp, funny and tart
I do really think RC is back on form
This initial clever mix of pieces from elsewhere which have been well received is resulting in full houses
It’s bringing interesting and challenging theatre back to the venue

Found this unsettling, sharp, funny and tart I do really think RC is back on form This initial clever mix of pieces from elsewhere which have been well received is resulting in full houses It’s bringing interesting and challenging theatre back to the venue Yes, I saw it Saturday afternoon and LOVED it. Some spoilers follow. . . For me, it was like a David Lynch dark dream of a show, in that it felt strange, surreal, dangerous and dreamlike. It also felt too short, but maybe that was because I was so involved in it, that I wanted more, and also because of that unresolved quality that you get with Lynch, where the ants are always crawling underneath the surface. Like in Lynch, there is music, dancing, and damaged, obsessive and strange psychological states. Charlotte McCurry was thrillingly unpredictable as the haunted Lynchian heroine. I'd give it 3 and a half stars of appreciation for being magnificent but too brief.
