How do you access the presale?
When I login it just comes up with
"TICKETS ARE ABOUT TO GO ON SALE."
and a countdown to 7pm...

Typical SNAFU from Delfont Mackintosh. Get through to your DMT+ members' area, and then, when you select Book Now against IN9, it puts you in a 7-hour queue for the general sale.

That was fairly simple. Tickets secured after a short wait in the Queue.

Prices are the same for every date, so far as I can see.
Stalls
Row A not on sale
Rows B-D (which have no rake at this theatre) - £85
Rows E,K - £105 apart from two outermost seats each side at £85
Row F-J - £125 apart from four outermost seats each side, two at £85 then two at £105
Rows L-N - £85
Rows O-R - £65
Boxes and standing area not on sale
Royal Circle
Row A - £125 apart from four outermost seats each side, two at £85 then two at £105
Row B - £105 apart from two outermost seats each side at £85
Rows C-E - £85
Rows F,G - £65
Boxes not on sale
Grand Circle
Rows A-D - £45 apart from four outermost seats each side at £25
Rows E-H - £25
Boxes not on sale
Seems very reasonable, and, as yet, no dynamic pricing.

I sense Pemberton/Shearsmith hands in not going down the route of fleecing fans. The seats allocated to each price band are the same on every performance and the same prices apply every night. Hopefully it stays that way.
I couldn't bring myself to pay for a premium price band as I've always had an aversion to those (as it's legalised touting at most venues imho), but stalls row E, being the first raised row, is not bad at £105 given all the post-Covid inflation.

This is a shambles. Can't believe they weren't better prepared. |

Sigh. So far spent more time paused than I spent in the queue itself. And at 2621 in the queue it appears I'll still have a good hour to wait even once active again. Desperately poor stuff this.
