Other than the awful hacked up version of the Galop Internal... The original score makes sense, that cut doesn't.
I know they had to cut for time but that shows zero understanding of music!

If this were a trailer for Orpheus in the Underworld, I’d agree with you. But the track serves a purpose in a trailer which is not about that piece of music.

Whatever music you choose, it has to make sense in terms of the rhythms and chord progression and this cut fails that. It doesn't flow properly and that is why it doesn't work for me.
The fact that it is one of the most famous tunes in musical history only makes the cuts stand out more.
It is a fun trailer and deserves a coherent score.

Very pink poster, same pink as School for Scandal RSC? Relationships, very pink.

If Godot has been cancelled last minute I wonder if it may have something to do with the recent broadway announcement. I believe the NT live of Importance of Being Ernest is 8th of January or at least that is the show they are recording.

Very pink poster, same pink as School for Scandal RSC? Relationships, very pink. Apparently rumours are that the main remit is that they’re going to be “Queer”ing it up to a 100 with this production. It’s already quite queer, so intrigued as to what they’re going to do. Algy snogging Jack? It’s on my bingo card for it now.

The first preview has been cancelled. It has disappeared from the booking page and I have been refunded for my ticket. No email or announcement.

That's not right, do they not realise people pay for transport, hotels, etc.

You should email to complain. Bad enough to cancel it- but to not show the manners to email you, apologise and explain why , is just terrible behaviour

I avoid booking the first 2 previews now, after several cancellations (not just at the NT). At least I don’t have to book trains and hotels, but it’s still annoying. Maybe the first 2 previews should be substantially cheaper to balance the risk of cancellation?
