Thats sad she was a real trooper. I saw her in concert at Cadogan Hall a few years ago. She was fantastic.

She really was. I missed that concert but am grateful to have seen her in Kiss of the Spiderwoman and a midnight matinee of Chicago in London. Such a unique talent. The atmosphere was electric at both performances.

One of the few times I have wanted to get something signed, was when I queued outside Tower Records, to get the OLCR of Kiss of The Spider Woman, signed by the 3 leads of the show. She signed in gold pen and I still treasure it today.
Someone that really does deserve to be called an icon.
RIP Chita.
