Hey all! Are you tracking the shows you're seeing? Are you rating them? What site or app do you use for that purpose?
I'm personally a huge fan of listing, ranking and keeping things organized, so I do that for whatever I can. I track books, movies, I organize music, so naturally I want to do theatre as well. Currently I use my Notes app for that + Mezzanine iOS app to see the dates and some stats, but both solutions are far from perfect. I use Show-score to see other people's ratings, but it's limited to London/NYC theatres and coming from Poland, I see a lot here as well, so I need a solution that covers those shows too.

Everything I have done since 2009 has been managed using Google Calendar, and I include all details about each event, including rating, in the Calendar entry. I used a diary before that.
I also keep a spreadsheet of all theatre, cinema, gig events.

I have a spreadsheet of all the shows I see in any given year. It’s not super detailed, it’s mainly just to document what I saw, when I saw it, where I saw it, and how much I paid! I usually categorise the show as play, musical, opera etc so I can see at a glance what I’ve seen more of that year.
On a more practical, day-to-day basis I use my phone calendar to keep track of what I’m seeing that week/month. And I use Mezzanine (when I remember) to rate them. Love seeing all the show posters next to each other on the app! It’s a nice visual representation of what I’ve been to see that year.

I use a spreadsheet too - date, theatre, title, writer, director, seat number/price, rating, who I went with, notes on the show, notes on the seat. If I remember/have time, I also have a diary in OneNote for longer thoughts.

I keep spreadsheets. I plan out theatre (and other bits) and then after I've seen/done something move it to another tab with various details from seats to cast and creatives and any notes I want to keep.
None of the apps could keep up with the amount of pub/fringe theatre and I like to go to a lot of them so unfortunately spreadsheets is all I've got.

Unintentional, but Seatplan has acted as my show tracker. The 'my photos' page on my account shows every review of the view from my seat I've done (something I've done for every show since last December). And with each seat review you can also rate and review the show.

Theatregoer is another app, Allows you to manually enter information such as Show name, time, venue, ticket price(Discount&Original), attatch e-tickets to the record in the app, rating. But it does have your standard London and Broadway venues listed already.

I'm another user of spreadsheets for my theatre tracking / ticket price monitoring. Excel was great during COVID in helping to keep track of where I was up to with all the refunds / credit notes / rescheduling.

I use the app ‘Mezzanine’ that has a Pinterest vibe, where you can record the shows you have seen with their poster along with the date and seat number. You can also add a review and star rating too for people to read I find it looks very neat too!

I have a spreadsheet going back to 2007 where I list all the live performances I've seen. It's very simple though: title with hyperlink to webpage (which disappears over time), date, venue.

I have a spreadsheet which tracks what I’ve seen, the theatre, seat level and number, and whether it was matinee or evening, but that’s it. I don’t record price (though I have most of my tickets so probably could) or my thoughts on the show or anything else. I have used the raw data to help teach me how to use PowerBI at work in order to produce some dynamic graphs and visualisations which, as a data and information nerd, made me very happy I also have boxes full of programmes and brochures etc which it’s nice to a rummage through every so often.

I personally have a note book that I write down every show I see and comments on it. I find it nice to read back over shows I've seen and it is nice to have a physical reminder. Onto notebook number three. I also have a list on the cloud incase something ever happens.

I have a spreadsheet that tracks production, location, seat and price paid, plus a rating where I score performances, visuals, sound design/music, writing and overall feel out of 5. All are added to give me a total out of 25. I can then easily place it in a master list of best to worst productions using the score out of 25. Very few have got the full 25 points over the years. If I didn’t I’d forget half of what I’ve seen over the years.

Another spreadsheet here. Show titles in rows, years in columns. Stupidly I track ticket prices too which is terrifying. 1041 shows and counting.... 😁

I use all of the above - spreadsheet, Seatplan's 'my own photos' etc. But what I really miss is an Android app like Mezzanine on iPhone, as you can see an overview of all your shows on one page (well 20 or so), with thumbnail, your rating, seat location, other people's reviews etc. I haven't been able to find an alternative, and the dev told me that there's no plans for Android unfortunately. I'll probably just have to buy an old iPhone, just to use the app. On PC, this website is quite handy www.show-notes.co.uk/ - still not a match for Mezzanine though. I quite like Show-score as well, even if for some reason, virtually all shows are 90+ / 100.

I use a Google sheet, with number of productions (currently at 287 - since November 2018), number of performances (346 - since November 2018), theatre, dates seen and personal rating.

I built an Airtable sheet. It's similar to a spreadsheet, but a bit more interactive. Star ratings and drop down menus to track certain aspects.
I track how I got the ticket (rush, full price, discount, free etc), seat view, type of show, cost, and of course rating.
Because it's an Airtable, I can change how it's sorted/grouped, so I can see how many musicals Vs plays for example, or how much I'm paying each month.
I'm a spreadsheet geek, if that's not already obvious.

Hi all
This isn't about rating but I would like to make a couple of spreadsheets (if needed) one for the shows i see and one for programmes of that show. I am doing level 3 excel so I learn a lot about it but i just cant work out a way to link the two together and what titles to use. Any idea? id like to list the actors who are in the show aswell and how many times i have seen them in different shows (although that is a later side part to it)
