I can't see anything on the Garrick theatre website, WOS and Playbill. What's going on ? Seems to be sold entirely through SIX Tickets. They've got their own process for checking in, sending tickets. All very odd.

Thread title changed again. If the best “buzz” they can create about this is speculation what the damned thing is called then that doesn’t bode well for the actual show.

Thanks for link, worked fine.
Scrolling through the performances I found a single £35 seat in row BB which I've booked but there are no other seats available in that row at present for any performance so may be an error.
Confirmation received anyway.

Ok, got email a few mins later and have booked! Same. Nice to see a show with such decent discounts for previews which seems rare now. £65 top price seat for previews vs £110 after!

Grabbed a £35 seat in Stalls row H for the Tues 27th August (is this the very first preview?). Excellent price for a very decent seat and a really great opportunity to see the new Marlow & Moss.

Is the actual title now A Big Fancy Musical ? They’ve announced it’s Why Am I So Single. I saw it in workshop in the summer, thoroughly enjoyed it. Music was really great, very funny & some real standout moments. I’m excited for it’s west end run!

I’ve taken a risk on a £35 seat too. Hope it’s fun.

Did the workshops show any indication of this being either big or fancy?

Those who saw the workshops, how adult is the content?
I think its says recommended 14+, I'm just contemplating booking for this with my 15 year old daughter, it sounds like it'll be somthing she may like (Six, Heathers etc). Would be for Jan when we have our little London theatre trip but I'd like to book while plenty of seats are available and prices are decent.

There’s a few F words.

Initial cast announcement - leading shall be Jo Foster (& Juliet, Just For One Day), who will return from the show’s early workshop, alongside Leesa Tulley (Six, Kin). They will be joined by Noah Thomas (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie), while the ensemble casting is to be announced.

Does anyone know what might fill the summer gap between For Black Boys and this? Can't run for long so I'd imagine maybe a transfer?

Hate to be that person, but ticket prices for this seem high - even mid week? I worry they are out-pricing themselves with very little to go off and a clear aim at a young demographic

I worry they are out-pricing themselves with very little to go off and a clear aim at a young demographic I'd say the pricing is about standard for the West End. Market forces will dictate whether there are deals, Rush, dynamic pricing etc. The big plus here is the £35 for previews deal. Incidentally (current front) row BB was not available for most performances when I booked yesterday. It is now and there are £35 seats there through to mid September.

This has literally been posted 4 posts above yours. On a different note, I thought Bennington was great on the workshop and it's a huge loss not to have her for the run.

Did the workshops show any indication of this being either big or fancy? The whole concept plays on them trying to write a “big fancy musical”. A musical, about writing a musical, about why am I so single, if that makes sense. In the book there were lots of clever references to other musicals too. I guess it’s also made more “musical” compared to Six with an ensemble & big dance numbers. The workshop costumes were minimal but that may have been just for the workshop and I can see space for big glitzy costumes in parts for sure.

It seems the two leads have alternates. I wonder if they will have scheduled shows each week?
