This seems to be getting rave reviews at the Birmingham Rep. I wonder will it get a London season? Siobhán is on quite a roll this year with her Bafta win and her glorious Maggie in Dancing at Lughnasa at the NT. The producers Landmark are unusual in that they stage commercial productions (and some co-productions with subsidised companies), originating mainly in Ireland but the productions are very prestigious with a high artistic benchmark and not always obviously commercial. Some of their ideas are great (The Walworth Farce with Brendan, Domhnall and Brian Gleeson). I think their shows are going to start being seen more in the West End. Gabriel Byrne's Walking with Ghosts was one of their productions.

I very much enjoyed this with Lisa Dwan at Riverside studios back in 2021 and would be very interested in seeing McSweeney's take on it.

I missed this on it's various runs ( i think it was live streamed from Dublin during the pandemic, i could be wrong) but I know various people who have seen it and loved it, even those who are not Beckett enthusiasts. I do hope it gets a London run. Delighted for Siobhan.

I watched the stream of if when it was first done a year or two ago and really enjoyed McSweeney's performance. They would be silly not to bring it to London for a limited time, maybe Lyric Theatre now ?

I saw this on 1 July at BirmIngham Rep and McSweeney was superb. Sometimes it's easy to forget (when watching Pottery Throwdown) what a consummate actress she is.
Well worth a transfer.
