Hi everyone. I’m trying to book tickets on this theatre’s website, but to no avail.
I have tried creating an account in the usual way, but the website keeps telling me that my password must be alphanumeric and contain at least 6 characters. I have tried several passwords that meet these requirements and have even tried the strong password that the site suggests. Every time I click ‘Register’, it simply highlights the same error!
Any suggestions please - or will I just have to ring them?

I've seen many musicals at this venue but tbh not sure I've ever booked via their own website. Always seems to be on TKTS at greatly reduced prices. If you're able to be flexible then hold on.

Yes, agree, their website charges a booking fee on standard bookings too which the various offers don't. The offers often start before the first preview ! |

I think their pricing model is built so that they can immediately reduce their ticket prices via permanent special offers/TKTS discounts.

I would suggest you another browsers in case something has got caught in your cache.

Yes, walks a dicey line between making the audience feel they: got a great bargain or bought a ticket to an already failing show As it seems habitual there I really don't think the 'bargain' thing is good psychology for them; better to price lower from the start and build the self-esteem of the venue and each production. |

Any suggestions please - or will I just have to ring them? There may be a glitch in their site. If wait until tomorrow and if it doesn’t work still, either call the box office or maybe email them if there is a general email given. Their shows never sell out so you’ll be fine lol |
