Sure the choice of the 2 main course looks appetising and may even taste nice.
But it is a straight choice between salmonella and staphylococcus!

I love Billy Elliot, it is in my top 3 musicals of all time, it was the last British musical to win a Tony for best musical. I saw the original many times, including Broadway and Chicago. It is the greatest musical ever set to dance, the story is a gift for that. The original Billy soared with breathtaking choreography, this one was more decidedly earthbound!!! Which is kind of understandable as this is regional and budgets are a lot less. The original had the Billy Academy, has no potential Billy had the pre requisites to play Billy as the role was that demanding. This production couldn’t do that, so a lot of the great dancing was gone and seemed to be replaced by lighting! Saying that the Swan Lake scene, which was my favourite bit in the original, where Billy flew like a swan, it was done differently here and this production did something that put a tear in my eye.
The acting was efficient and good without blowing me away.

Best reaction to Liz Truss so far tonight: "She's that substitute teacher who won't let anyone go to the toilet during class." Judging on how Liz dressed, I’m surprised she didn’t say “the lady is not for turning.”

Johnson is Britain's Trump, only with a measurable IQ. Even though he's gone there's enough of a personality cult around him that I suspect any replacement will be wary of upsetting his fanbase. Boris was always a charlatan even before he became PM and even Mayor of London. I reckon Boris' next move will be a TV gig of some sorts. We typed the same word at the same time, great minds…………

He's not really though is he. Not for a long while until a new leader is declared and even then this wont be the back of him. The media love a cooky character; just like with Trump, media will continue to obsess over him. Johnson is Britain's Trump, only with a measurable IQ. Even though he's gone there's enough of a personality cult around him that I suspect any replacement will be wary of upsetting his fanbase. Exactly. Johnson is Britain’s Trump anti establishment and ex presidents/prime ministers against them and emulating Trump was his actual downfall, he was unstinting loyal to people who were loyal to him, Paterson and Pincher, with those two names there was the beginning and the end. Boris also thought he was untouchable as a reward for getting Brexit done. Which you saw in tabloid newspapers who were happy to be loyal against this law breaking lying charlatan as a reward for Brexit. So loyalty and belligerents brought him down.

TBF who had Theresa May as PM when David Cameron stepped down 6 years ago? One of the favourites wasn’t she? Even despite being a non brexiteer And she called an ill fated general election, that was the beginning of her downfall. Theresa decided honesty was the best policy with the dementia tax and all that. Think it is fair to say that Boris learnt a big lesson there. Boris downfall started with the backing of Owen Paterson. As for the ballot, I don’t care who wins, i’m so glad that Boris is gone!

NZ just said on LBC that he’d give Boris a job in his cabinet if he were PM so I think we can discount him from the proceedings! Took me a couple of minutes to process. I can't be the only one that confused NZ for a country in the southern hemisphere As soon as the removal men and women are done at Downing Street, there is so going to be a by-election in Uxbridge, just as Tony Blair and David Cameron, he has an expensive lady to keep after all.

A popular tabloid newspaper compared Theresa May to Margaret Thatcher and Boris Johnston to Winston Churchill! It was Winston Churchill that famously said that "the opposition sit opposite you, your enemy sits behind you." Which is too true for Boris 'Winston' Johnston.

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I have some questions that I hope some of you will be kind enough to help me with. I’m a 60 year old bloke and I am going to my first ever West End show tomorrow (Beauty and the Beast). I don’t expect anyone to reply before then of course! But I do have some questions for the future. Im going alone and I’m a big bloke; 6’1”, shaved head, tattoos etc so I don’t look like the target audience and I’m just a bit concerned that I’m going to stick out and feel awkward. I really want to see Frozen too which I assume will be even worse! Will people be bothered? I’m going to My Fair Lady on Saturday too so two in one week! Are the “Experiences” worth the money? I have no idea how much drinks etc cost at the theatre so trying to work it all out is difficult. How long before the show Starts should I sit down? Sorry, I’m just not a theatre goer! Is there a protocol, if you like, for showing appreciation etc. ? My favourite song is “Belle” but I don’t want to go mental with my applause if everyone is gently clapping! Im sorry if these sound like silly questions. I’m so excited for tomorrow, I can’t even tell you!! 😂😂 Theatre is the most accommodating and accepting genre of any entertainment. There is only one general rule and that is to just sit back and enjoy the show. I am sure you will be a regular and will be one of the West End crowd in time.

They seem to be popping up everywhere. One in Dartford for a while. Now one in bexleyheath. I live in Bexleyheath and haven't seen this candy store yet, I take it is in the shopping centre? Which would explain that as I never venture in there now.

You have to ask yourself how not one any of the coffee chains cannot afford the rent to have their shops on Oxford Street, but multiple American candy stores can, that incidentally has few customers because the prices are exorbitant high?
I cycle a lot up and down Oxford Street and it is proper tacky and gaudy.

Or the Liberal Democrats could do well in the next general election and take southern Tory seats, with the red wall crumbling and going back to Labour, Tiverton and Wakefield are excellent litmus tests, for my believes.
Besides with 41% of Tory mp’s wanting to see Boris gone, how could he run discipline in the political party, how could he do a reshuffle and alienate even more of his mps. The whips are ineffective on whipping for votes, ensuring that Government will lose bills.
As Theresa May is a dead woman walking, Boris is now a dead man walking.
Unless he calls a general election, then refer to my first sentence on this post.

It is very fair to separate the artistic choices and the facilities management they are certainly very different and oppose each other.

I would suggest that some MP’s backing Boris, such as Gove, Truss & Raab cannot be seen to be disloyal? But will vote differently behind closed doors.

Seats on modern trains do tend to be firmer than in the past. The seats on the LNER Azumas, where journeys of three hours plus are not unusual, are truly awful. I believe it's a safety measure, so passengers remain in their seats in the event of a crash, rather than being ejected. Why are firmer seats safer in the event of an accident? i'd have thought them easier to fly off? Going on that logic aircrafts would’ve firmer seats too. You wouldn’t want to sit on a trans Atlantic flight for 8 hours in one of those seats. Firmer seats are easier to clean and replace, so saves on maintenance costs, especially when people put their feet on seats and stick their chewing gum to them.

So by mid-July, will the Elizabeth line provide and easier/faster way to get from Heathrow to Trafalgar Sq area, or should we stick to our usual Piccadilly line? Trafalgar Square is a simple one seat ride to Piccadilly Circus from Heathrow, should take about an hour.

Elisabeth is now bullet proof, she has the nice problem that she can do what she wants. Those royalty checks ain’t going to stop anytime soon, as Six is such a monster hit, think there is now or soon going to be 6 producti9ns.
