I assume the proceed to checkout button was missing because it failed to see your membership.
I have the same problem but cannot get the checkout button to appear despite having a membership that I bought in May 2016.
The Almeida "process" of endlessly logging in and out or clicking randomly around the site until it suddenly acknowledges your membership isn't working for me today, and of course there's no way to get through on the phone.
Great to see the Almeida up to its usual standard

Baroness Olivier at the matinee in Brighton today.
Ian McKellen had to ask for a prompt at one point fairly early on. The prompter twice gave him the wrong line. The second time he started to say it but realized it was a line from a couple of minutes earlier and stopped and moved back towards the side of the stage, at which point the correct line was given and he recovered his momentum.
Never seen the Theatre Royal so packed and the performance got an enthusiastic (but seated) response at the end.
It was the first time I'd seen this play and although it had many good moments I wouldn't say it was my favourite Pinter. Several of the themes seemed very close to the Caretaker, and I would have guessed it was a much earlier play than it is. It felt much closer to the Caretaker or The Birthday Party than Old Times or Betrayal.
That said Stewart and McKellen do give the impression they really enjoy working together, and Owen Teale was very good as the bodyguard/chef.

Second preview of Ross last night at the CFT. The play was excellent, but not much point asking the guy next to me in the front row.
As a frequent attendee at Thursday matinees at the Theatre Royal Brighton I am used to fellow audience members nodding off, but the remarkable achievement last night was that the guy was soundly asleep within 30 seconds of the lights going out. Even onstage gunshots, screaming drill sergeants, and bloodcurdling Arab war crys made no impression, and he woke only briefly on the three occasions his snoring became so loud that his wife jabbed an elbow in his ribs.
I was surprised he returned for the second half, but like to think that my best Paddington Bear hard stare caused him to switch places with his wife. I know people on here are always whining about the cost of theatre tickets, but £30 for a nap suggests people are willing to pay for a good theatrical experience.

A few £15 tickets for the Chekhov shows on 3rd September currently available. Persuaded me, having seen them all several times at Chichester, to see Platonov and Ivanov again.

The Pravda at Chichester was 2006, so that may be pushing "a few years ago" a bit! I suspect it's the effect of the way time speeds up in middle age - I was shocked after chatting about it to someone at King Lear in Brighton the other day to discover that I saw the brilliant View from the Bridge at the Duke of Yorks 7 years ago next week! My only knowledge of Pravda came from the extract performed so well at the NT50 show, and based on this I would certainly be happy to see a revival.
Black Comedy had a superb production two years ago in the Minerva at Chichester (paired with Miss Julie) with Paul Ready and Rosalie Craig, although Marcia Warren almost stole the show as the elderly spinster with a fondness for Gin.
I would love to see any of the early Stoppard's (I've only seen R&G are Dead). In February 2015 Simon Russell Beale mentioned that he had talked about a revival of Travesties to be directed by Nick Hytner (not at the NT) and maybe that will come to fruition at the new theatre near Tower Bridge next year.
