Certainly at least some of those who were going to be doing it at the Old Vic, if not all.

The lovely Carrie Hope Fletcher was sat right at the front for School of Rock tonight (glad she likes Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals). And the equally lovely Cameron Sharp was sat a few seats from me (is he related to Jake Sharp?). There were other theatre stars in, but those were the two I could quickly place. Yes, they’re brothers

I am 96% positive that I spotted Lizzie Bea in that teaser video so she must be leaving Heathers to come to this! I thought it looked like her too

Does anyone know if they plan to replace Sam as Kurt's Dad/Big Bud Dean etc or if they're just going to be an ensemble member down again for the foreseeable? They announced today that Steven Serlin is back in the show to replace Sam

Charlotte Jaconelli had been cast as Nettie when this production was originally supposed to happen in 2020, so they went really young initially.

I have convinced myself that it will be Jamie Muscato or Jordan Luke Gage as Clyde. JD to Clyde makes sense in my mind. If it is either of them I can guarantee I will set up camping chairs outside of the Arts All signs (well, social media activity) pointing squarely to Jordan

I thought Millenials was extremely 'meh' when I saw it at the MT Fest. I don't understand why they haven't put on a full production of Cake/Killer Queen yet. That I would like to see... I didn’t see Millenials live at MT Fest, I watched the stream and I was really looking forward to it but it just didn’t hold my interest at all.

Website is struggling, been trying to checkout for half an hour now. Can’t get tickets either! Has anyone actually managed to purchase? Yes, the system started working for me just after 10.30. Someone on Twitter said that creating an account on the Arts website first and then going on the presale link made it work for them, but that didn’t make a difference for me when the link was first sent out so it either now works or it’s just been a timing coincidence.

I think Freddie King has been struggling with illness since he tested positive for COVID last year. He posted something on his Instagram stories about trying to come back (on Tuesday this week) but it was too soon and so he was off again from the next day.

Tip for ATG members, there's a front row seat - Stalls B22 - which apparently only shows as available (when it is of course!) when you're logged in. It's the house-left end of row seat, beyond the 'wall' which runs behind the cabaret table seats, so nothing whatsoever to impede your view and all the leg room you could wish for, and it's priced at £75. I may have shot myself in the foot by sharing the information, but it allowed me to make a last-minute booking to see the show (third time lucky) on Saturday evening, so I feel I should spread the luck! Just to add, having looked, it seems to vary in price. The two performances I looked at had it at £89.50 or £95.

It says Bonnie & Clyde will return on the back of the programme… OMG Stop it! Don’t stop, please tell more, somebody! Well I just hope this is finally something solid - it’s been in the works for several years

Just seen on the LW website that there are a handful of seats available for the Tuesday concert. Anyone heard on social media if rehearsals have started or if Jeremy Jordan has arrived? It's only a week away and I'm panicking that it might all go pear shaped. Rehearsals have already started. Jeremy Jordan did his final performance in Little Shop of Horrors on Broadway yesterday so I imagine he will be over here shortly.

It did appear to be quite well sold, before the last week and a half at least. I would say the majority of performances were listed as either sold out or limited availability but when I looked on Saturday there were an awful lot more seats available for the Saturday shows and the rest of the week than there had been, so there were either lots of cancellations (understandable and the most likely explanation) or lots of tickets held back.

I only have one brand new production scheduled in before the end of the year so may as well do these now.
1. Spring Awakening (Almeida) 2. Rent (Hope Mill) 3. Anything Goes (Barbican) 4. The Normal Heart (National) 5. Frozen (TRDL)
Honourable mentions to Mischief Movie Night In and Bandstand at Arts Ed.

The gap has been reduced to 3 months hasn't it? It’s still not available to all age groups though.

The show got out tonight around 10. What an absolutely glorious revival this is. I say this as someone who worked with the original Broadway production and Im very particular about changes to this show and different direction etc. But I have zero complaints here. I think some of the cast will grow into their roles as time goes by but they all seem pretty much perfect as of second preview. I walked out of the theatre with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face. We seem to be following each other around London - Hex last night and Spring Awakening tonight! No question which one I preferred. This is an incredible production. Honestly I don’t have the words to sum it up and I also don’t want to spoil the experience of seeing it for the first time for anyone. There was a brief show-stop tonight to deal with a piece of misbehaving set but it was handled very well.

It must be- they’ve removed Monday- weds off sale on the website. Multiple cast have Covid and no understudies will have been rehearsed in The Wednesday hasn’t been on sale (I’ve been looking at tickets a lot since first preview, seeing what they were doing with prices)

This evening was so special. Seeing Michael and Emma as Oliver and Jenny again was like going back in time to 2011, they were glorious. There was a well deserved rapturous applause for ‘Pasta’.
I think this show will always have the power to move me and so it’s such a shame that this might have been the last time we see it, for a while.
