I believe it’s the cheaper US Non-Equity version of the show that’s going out on tour. This version also doesn’t have any kids.

Just seen that Dale Evans (2nd Cover) is on as Charlie Price tonight for his first full performance. Can't wait to see him in action!

I thought ‘Fake your way to the top’ was extremely painful to listen to. I haven’t seen Tosh as Jimmy, for anyone that has was this just an off performance?

I saw that Jemal was on for the matinee today and managed to catch the evening show. (He has been on since taking over during act 2 on saturday)
What a great show and fantastic audience. I’m not my fathers son was beautifully heartbreaking and he is such a pretty Lola. In the ladies I overheard a group talking about how they wished they looked as good as him in heels and I totally agree.
Also I have to say David sounded great tonight as Charlie too. I know someone had posted previously they had seen an off performance but he was on top form.

Did anyone go mon tues this week friends of mine went on my recommendation as I’ve been 5 times and love it ..... they said singing was very ropey at times and off key ... which shocked me as it’s always been 100% when I’ve gone ? I was there on Tuesday. The first cover Lola was on and pretty much struggled vocally in all the numbers particularly the end of Hold Me In Your Heart. First covers were also on for Lauren (Susie McAdams) & Charlie (Jordan Fox) both who I thought were great.

Another thing I picked up on last time I went, there was no black Angels on so I'm guessing this guy was their cover, but there was one Angel who was alot taller and, no disrespect, would not "pass" at all. I mean, all of the other Angels are hot as female, and i'm sure this guy is hot out of drag, and he didn't look bad, but he just looked "different" compared to the other Angels. I'm guessing you mean Adam Lake ? He's the only tall white angel that comes to mind Jemal and Momar are GIANTS in those heels when they're on though, they must be scraping 7ft I think that would be Robin (swing). Whilst I don’t think he is much taller than the rest of the angels he is a lot more ‘built’ for lack for a better word. The black angel (Jemal) is tall but beautiful as a woman and has the greatest set of pins I’ve seen. Enough to make a lot of us girls jealous

Tour will be announced in the first half of Nov. I don't know if it's instead of, or aswell as, town. I heard this too... Pencilled for a Sept/Oct 2018 start

Never thought I'd be leaping to the defence of Jackie...but she has had a few weeks of scheduled holiday, celebrating her anniversary. Don't know exact dates but it was on her social media, so it's perhaps a little unfair to use that against her. From what I understand Jodie is finishing the tour as Elphaba

I really can't get excited about the new cast, shame, as not seen Wicked this past year. THIS. It doesn't fill me with any emotion whatsoever! I feel it's a poor casting, but I'm very open to being proved wrong! I'm looking ahead to the new UK Tour casting now! I hope Natasha Ferguson finally gets a promotion! 👍🏼 and PRAYING TO GOD we don't get a return from Jacqueline Hughes! 😫😫 Doubt we'd get a return from Jacqueline. She's struggled her way through the international tour. I don't think she's been on in a while.

This may sound dumb, but I'm almost hoping for West End Live they don't do Listen or And I Am Telling You just because they always perform them. Like, I fet they are the most famous songs from the show, but why not do a different selection like the title song or even I Am Changing just to switch it up. The clip I saw on Instagram of the Dreamgirls soundcheck today was of Marisha doing And I Am Telling You. Pretty sure I saw them do the uptempo One Night Only with Lily As Deena as well

Has anyone seen Simon in the role already? I have a couple of times now. Simon is a great actor but really struggles with the singing. There were points during the big numbers where it was well... very bad. Will be interesting to see how he improves. Matt is a hard act to follow.

Jerry Mitchell was at the show on Saturday. I'm assuming he's in town for cast change?
Any news on who's leaving this year?

Have the covers for the three girls been swapped around? It's so hard to keep track.
I just saw a tweet saying Jocasta is making her debut as Deena tonight and that she is the first cover

I just looked in my programme and Jocasta is Deena understudy. I think there is also a new programme out x Could you post a picture?

I saw this on Monday and Wednesday Matinee. Thoughts; Jemal was great! I couldn't believe it was his first show and even more so that he was the 3rd Cover. Very strong all round. Simon (who is the 2nd cover now I believe) was just ok. Great acting but very weak vocals and dancing. For me he just wasn't a Lola.
Out of the three covers this year for me the closest to Callum last year is Jemal. That being said Craig has a great set of pipes.
