Email from ATG regarding my booking for Manchester. I got one too! Rathet intrigued by their offer of "something special " if I hold my refund request and wait to re-book
What does the email say? I was meant to be seeing Phantom in a few days in Manchester and my credit voucher came through the other day.

I realy hope Phantom is re-scheduled for Manchester.
And indeed Les Mis for The Lowry and Bristol Hippodrome.

As Burlybear said above, plus this is the message I got: "However, we’re pleased to inform you that we are currently working with the Producers to reschedule the postponed performance of The Phantom of the Opera, to ensure you still get to see the show. We expect to have the new dates confirmed by the end of this month. If you would prefer to pause your refund request until the new date is confirmed, we would be happy to offer you something to make your next theatre visit even more special."

Sad news! Must be a huge loss of money.

So unbelievably sad about this.
Apart from Les Mis, this tour would have been the biggest selling musical currently on the circuit. If even they don't feel able to re-schedule, what hope is there for other tours. (I guess one caveat is that the cost is higher so further cancellations of rescheduled dates would hit them harder).
A sad day though. I wasn't expecting an all out cancellation on this.
Do wonder if Les Mis will follow as that is also Cam Mac (though I have heard from venues that they are planning 2022 dates.....)

So sad for all the cast and crew, to get such a dream job then for it to be cut short is horrible

I used my refund vouchers from Curtains to book this. I figured next February would be safe. I know it’s not as simple as that but it still hurts

It’s so sad that it’s come to this. But to be honest I’m imagining it’s more down to pathing and booking venues than financial difficulties, with pretty much every collapsed tour moving into next year there arent really many extended free dates in these theatres they could have slotted into without having big gaps in the tour schedule while waiting for certain places to become free. I do hope that it will get to go out and tour at some time in the future, and that every single cast and crew member will be offered either London, the next tour, or a role in another Mackintosh production.

I should have been there tonight for my third and final visit to the tour in Manchester. I was looking forward to this more than anything in 2020. So disappointed for us, for them. Terrible.

Interesting to see in the statement that they now acknowledge this was "reinvented staging of the brilliant original "

Do wonder if Les Mis will follow as that is also Cam Mac (though I have heard from venues that they are planning 2022 dates.....) I've just seen the US tour of Les Mis has cancelled all future dates, and said it would reschedule next year once they know more about the situation. So effectively putting the tour on hold for I'd imagine at least a year.

Killian Donnelly has shared a video on his Twitter of him performing Music of the Night alongside David Hayes in an empty Bord Gais Theatre - it's wonderful.
