When watching a show one of the biggest distinctions I make between the people in front of me onstage, is the 'type' of singer/actor they are. There are thousands who sound similar - with their 'I'm Just Out Of Stage School' nasally, healthy belt. Then there are others who sing and instantly blow everyone else on stage out of the water. This is the league I'd put people like Cynthia Erivo, Kerry Ellis, Gavin Creel and Oliver Tompsett in. Who are the new musical theatre talents - soon to be stars - that you've stumbled across? Whose name in lights will we see in 10 years time?
