Has anyone with Glasgow tickets had an update on what is happening with the dates? I was meant to be there on Thursday (6th) but still haven’t heard anything from ATG regarding rescheduling or refunds.

With the talk on the other thread, it reminded me I caught the tour recently. This was my first time seeing the show but I had a good idea what to expect, with no idea whether or not I'd enjoy it. I actually liked it quite a lot, the cast were all excellent though some of the vocals could have been a little stronger, but possibly they just weren't to my taste. Aviva Tulley was astonishing as Nabulungi. I was a bit on the fence about some of the more 'pushing it' humour, and vaguely wondered how they were getting away with it these days as others have mentioned, however the audience LOVED it and were roaring with laughter pretty much the entire time with a full standing ovation.

I saw The Book of Mormon on Broadway in March 2011 and while I was an avid South Park viewer, this stage show was uncomfortable. My friend back then love it. I didn't feel the need to return until I was recently in London and great seats were available for cheap and I heard that they had made changes to the libretto. 11 years on, and the show has an amazingly good cast, but I could wait another decade before returning.

Having seen this show is coming to Newcastle next week for three weeks (which seems a very long time for a tour in the current climate) I checked out the sales.
It is selling very well but one thing that shocked me was that stalls side seats that are marked as restricted view (which cost £15 this week for Play that Goes wrong and are usually £15-25 depending on the production) are for this show... wait for it... £70! £70 for a seat for a tour labeled as restrictive view. Madness!!

Having seen that BOM was doing a 4 week stint in Liverpool, holding off purchasing a ticket until a few days ago paid off as I was able to bag one of the single seat offer tickets for the front stalls for last nights show for £21. Having last seen BOM on tour back in 2019, it was great to have a revisit. Connor Pierson as Elder Cunningham was still the standout for me as he was in 2019. His comicial performance was just as funny last night as he was previously and along with Aviva Tulley as Nabulungi in their rendition of "Baptize Me" was the standout song of the evening.

Back in Manchester in 2024. Just had an email to sign up for the pre sale. Same for Birmingham, which I’m thrilled about seeing as I was supposed to go 2 days after lockdown in March 2020!

Anyone think this could indicate the end of the London run?
