How much would that usually cost and is it easy to buy?

They are usually £25. Difficult to say what availability will be like for King and I since it isn’t yet open but I usually find it ok

What are the chances of this doing a UK tour in the future?

What are the chances of this doing a UK tour in the future? With Kelli O'Hara? Probably nil.

From twitter I gather it was the first day of rehearsals today. I saw one tweet that included a photo in which you could see a corner of the cast list - unfortunately I now can't find it again, but it had both Ruthie Ann Miles and Naoko Mori listed as Lady Thiang. I wonder if Ruthie has decided to have an alternate / only do part of the run after what she's been through. It's certainly understandable.

Beside, she should be very pregnant by then and I imagine someone will take over before the end of the run.

Managed to track down the tweet - doesn't contain any other casting info that we didn't already know:

I always feel sorry for anyone in the male chorus of The King and I. The only notes in the score for you to sing are at the start of the show when they are rowing the barge. Hardly a demanding contribution to the show!

I saw her on a panel at BroadwayCon rubbing her belly and being so funny and so intelligent and super stoked about talking about being a mom. This is so awful. What can one even say?!

Oh God. This just has to be the most heartbreaking thing I've ever heard.
After everything, I hoped this baby would be OK and there would be some joy there for them. But I just don't know how they would start to get over this. Just heartbreaking.

Desperately sad. Poor Ruthie! There are times when life really isn't fair, and this is one of them! RIP little one.

I hope she has time to grieve before she throws herself back into work, but I also hope that it helps her heal.

I think that was always going to be the case as I saw Naoki Mori’s name on the website a few weeks ago

It’s quite extraordinary that she is continuing with the show opening so soon- amazing woman- I’m sure the whole company and audiences will show her all the love she deserves.

I wonder if she's not going to open it, though. It seemed premature not of her but of The King and I PR to say she and Mori would be sharing the role, but not how.

I don’t imagine they will announce her schedule- pretty sure that it will be left to her to say when she is ok to go on.

Just had a message from Today Tix to say they are doing seats from £19 looks like they are at the back of upper circle Also noticed that performances start at 7pm. And Matilda are about to move to 7pm start. Wonder if other theatres will change. I know there was recent discussion about this. For me it's a great idea as means living in London can go straight from work and be home that much earlier especially as I have to be up early every day.
