Thank you to rory for the OP and to theatremonkey.com as despite being an ATG member, I received no info re this and when I went to book one of the £15 seats, I found they were already almost sold out.
What puzzles me is that I have zero recollection of the play title or the Bush production yet it was only 8 years ago; sounds exactly my sort of thing; had good reviews and I have been a Bush Theatre regular for years. Must scour my 2009 diary to see if I did go.
Just booked (ATG Priority). Seat on the front row, AA, centre block only £15 at all matinees. It, plus A and B are £35 at other performances. Be ready to grab when public booking opens... I think there are worse things you could do...
Thanks for the tip-off, I managed to grab one of these completely painlessly. I may not be enthused, but at that price I'm willing to be proven wrong.
Got email by Trafalgar Studios box office today that there is now no row AA and A is frontrow. Been moved to row A. Today Tix still selling tickets in row BB which should not exist???
I got the same email which advised "no Row AA", but didn't specifically say that Row BB had gone too or that Row A was now front row. I assumed the move to A was because that was the best available ticket but could well be wrong!
Need to call them to exchange my ticket as can't go that day anyway now, so will ask the question when I do!
On theatremonkey row AA and BB are marked as not in use but no further explenations. The layout was also completely different in the first place: no row BB and row AA was a very short one with 5 seats only.
Looking at the ATG website for an array of dates, rows AA and BB appear to exist but aren't on sale. I'm a little suspicious of this, as I'm sure ATG take seats off the seating plan all together if the seats in question don't exist, but it feels a little late in the day to suddenly decide to have two rows of dayseats. Also it's a bit weird that row AA is full length on the ATG site and the email from the box office specifies that there will "no longer be a 5-seat row AA", which feels more specific than just "no longer be a row AA". I don't suppose anyone's booked in for this weekend who'll be able to let us know? I'll be a bit annoyed if I suddenly have two rows in front of me that weren't there when I booked as there's no rake that far forward, but I suppose I can't complain too much considering what I paid. Still, I would like to know ASAP what the final word is. (Or maybe I'll just email them back now and see if I can get an answer straight from the horse's mouth...)

I'm still waiting to update - and I have an AA seat too.
Following progress over the past few weeks, I've noted that:
1) Row AA vanished. The original one that several of us booked.
2) A lot of stalls row ends are now restricted view and cheaper. Only central seats are premium and top price.
3) Last Wednesday the current plan appeared, showing A as the front row, with two areas, designated AA and BB not on sale. One with 12, the other 10 seat spaces. That is the current plan I have. It seems like those may have been experiments, though... I will updated more as I find it out.
Not had an email from them yet, though, about my own seat either.
