@ryan , spies tell us you blended in perfectly, the way you carried the Cargo shorts and flip flops look with your usual panache will go down in history, the great unwashed will never know how lucky they were to have your presence for an evening.

I simply can't bear the heat a moment longer, so I'm off to the seaside...my favourite place on Earth. Obviously, I don't wear a suit on the beach...I wear a pair of Oxford bags and my stripy rowing blazer.

Taking my mum to Mamma Mia tonight as she's visiting from Scotland. I've never seen the stage production so hope it's fun!
Interesting that it starts at 7.45 as I didn't think it was a short production!

Rule 1 of watching Mamma Mia! - never watch it sober!

Tonight I shall be schlepping to the Old Vic for 'A Monster Calls'. Funnily enough that's what our family used to say when Grandmother paid a visit.
Tomorrow I shall be at the Noel Coward for 'The Lieutenant of Inishmore'. On Wednesday I shall no doubt be released on bail.

Tickets are now 29 pounds at Disney's ticket site! Good seats as well! So if the show you booked on Friday is a matinee you could still go !

Tomorrow it’s Fun Home and the King and I for me. Feeling slightly worried with the Trump protest and football supporters tomorrow though, hopefully it’ll be breezy.

You'll be fine - Bakerloo straight to Oxford Circus, follow the exit that is signposted for the Palladium and you can basically avoid all but a small corner of Oxford St entirely.
